By winter you can ski, snowboard, and snow tube, or just cozy up by the gas fireplace and stay warm. Our home is 2 miles from Big Bear Ski Mountain. GUESTS RECEIVE 25% DISCOUNT ON LIFT TICKETS!!!
By summer you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings on the porch, enjoy the beautiful lake, enjoy one of the two community pools with slides, kids splash pad or just relax by the Tiki bar and grab a drink or a bite to eat. You can also enjoy dinner at the Summit restaurant which is located within the community.
Our three story home is large enough for friends just wanting to get together, yet cozy enough for couples or small families. There are two twin beds and three queen beds spread out over four bedrooms. There are two full baths. Also included are a sleeper sofa and a futon. High speed Wi-fi and Roku are included and the home boasts four televisions.
The downstairs has a GAME ROOM with ping pong, foosball, and a dart board. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to have a wonderful dinner at the dining table that can accommodate six people and there is an additional breakfast bar for eating .
The outdoors has a large deck with a table and seating, a gas grill that is available to use, a hammock to relax on, and a fire pit with ample seating to make some s’mores.
The community also has stables for horseback riding, a market for shopping, Delaware river access, mini golf, kids arcade, playgrounds, tennis courts, bocce ball court, racquetball court and much more.
There is a registration fee with the community per reservation. That fee is in the booking costs. Another thing to note is that there is a cost to use the amenities in the summer only on the days you use them. The cost is ten dollars per day per guest. Fourth of July weekend are blockout days for amenities for guests staying in the community.
