Sunchase Beachside Condo, Gulf Shores Updated Unit

Welcome to our family friendly condo right on the beach! Fully renovated in 2020, everything is ready for your family to enjoy. Located on the side of the 2nd floor with a view of the Gulf from the side deck. This unit is NOT DIRECT GULF-FRONT but is on the front corner of the complex on the beach, not across the street or blocks away. This complex does not have an elevator, unit 211 is on the third floor.
Cozy two bedroom condo with a full size washer and dryer, full kitchen and room for 6 to stay comfortably. Come relax with us.

Check Out Instructions Check out time is 10am. We cannot authorize late checkouts due to scheduling with housekeeping.
Put dirty towels/washcloths/kitchen towels in the bathtub. You do not need to start any laundry or strip the beds. The cleaning service will handle all linens.
Turn A/C to 74 degrees. Lock the front door. Take out garbage and put it in the dumpster located by the street.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was very clean. It had all the things that we needed and extras that made the stay even better. The staff was very attentive and quick to respond. I would highly recommend for any family wanting a great place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful condo right in the heart of Gulf Shores. It was super easy to get to everything and it was so relaxing being able to sit out in the evening to enjoy the weather! Our first time taking our kids to the beach and it was a complete success! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful oasis!

Sisters Retreat

This is an adorable property. Well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing beach retreat. The beach is just a few short steps away. Parking spot is premiere. Our stay was perfect! Owner was responsive when we had a question.

Great for a small family!

We had a great time here, very clean and well stocked if you want to cook instead of going out for every meal. Cozy and perfect deck for watching the ‘strip’ for cars and people. Only thing I wish they had was an elevator for move in and move out but I did get my steps in those days! We will be back!

Why they chose this property

The west end of the beach is quiet but still within walking distance of the activity. One of our favorite restaurants just happens to be across the street, so that makes it nice.
