We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home ! Perfect for my husband and I and five adult children . We had some issues with the hot tub but the host team was very helpful and quick to respond . The only thing is our kids thought the family room TV was a bit small for the room size .I would definitely recommend this house to my friends looking for a nice chill getaway with family

Thank you for the recommendation! Seven adults finding their chill together is what this home does best, and we're glad our team got the hot tub sorted quickly. We've noted the TV size feedback too. We'd love to host the family's next getaway!

The house was a nice property—very spacious, and the listing description was accurate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only hiccup was that the cleaners needed to come by to clean the couch. Also, the pool was quite chilly, even with 90-degree weather; there is an additional fee to heat it. We also couldn’t figure out how to operate the hot tub/spa, so unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy that amenity. Despite those issues, it was a comfortable and roomy place to stay.

Spacious and true to the listing, it made for a comfortable base, and we're glad the stay was enjoyable overall! Thank you for the notes on the couch and the hot tub instructions, both were shared with our team, so operating the amenities is simple from day one. We'd love to host you again with everything dialed in!

Clean rooms. The pool and beautiful backyard was great for our family vacation. The heat controls were somewhat confusing. The layout of the bedrooms was wonderful, keeping families together - beds were comfortable. The LR furniture is uncomfortable with low back but that is the only complaint.

House was beautiful and lots of space. Bedrooms need a luggage rack or more furniture / somewhere to put suitcases /clothes other than closet. Yard & outside amenities were also very nice, pool, patios and games! Location was good and close enough to grocery & restaurants. Great trip overall!!

Buddies Golf Trip to Fountain Hills

Great launching pad for a buddies golf trip. Plenty of space, easy check in and nice outdoor space made this a great place to stay. Easy to recommend to anyone else looking for a great golf trip. Played Grayhawk, Gold Canyon and Sunridge Canyon — all less than 30 minutes away. Also dining in Scottsdale not far away. Easy place to have a great time!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect spot for a family get away! Check-in/check-out was a piece of cake. This was a beautiful property with an amazing backyard. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the fire pit and feeding the fish in the pond. The house was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. I will be back if the opportunity is available.

Perfect for families!!

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The grounds of the property were beautiful, the pool was clean and ready to go. The bedding was nice, the place was stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen was perfect for gatherings and cooking. There were some tiles falling off the pool wall from where the jacuzzi falls in but I’m sure that’s just normal wear and tear. Overall it was an amazing trip for my family!

Our stay

Property was great. Close to McDowell preserve which was fantastic. Drawbacks were close to busy road, hot tub did not function properly during our stay, and pool heat was extra cost, which was not indicated in the listing. As a result the pool was very cold during our stay.

Our annual 2 family reunion !

We meet each year somewhere between the East and West coast, 1/2 way for each. Scottsdale was perfect! The house fit the 10 of us perfect! The back yard was full of things to do and the shaded overhang saved us! The air conditioner inside kept us all very comfortable in the afternoon heat. We went into old town one day with so many fun options for food and libations! I would rent here again!

AZ Review

We loved the house! It was perfect for 8 of us and we had a fabulous time. Two suggestions: The ladder on the bunk bed needs to be attached to the bed. I can see where it is supposed to be attached but isn’t. We also needed more towels - both bath and kitchen towels. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
