This was a great location for a family get together in Atlanta. Good size, homey decor, great location. It is on a main road though and two bedrooms do get a fair amount of related traffic noise. Noise cancellers are a good idea if you group includes light sleepers.

This is a nice property that is super close to the downtown area! It has enough space to accommodate a large group. The only warning I have is that there is a window between the two bathrooms, so if you have a mixed group that may be an issue. There is a washer and dryer and many kitchen items which is a bonus! If you have a group larger than 4 people, I would recommend bringing toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner.

Thanksgiving in Atlanta

Loved the charm of the historical home but with first class upgrades and finishes - it had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect for walking - Ansley Mall, Piedmont Park and the Beltline.

The location of the apartment is excellent, right across from Piedmont Park and near Ansley Mall. The apartment is completely furnished and has all the amenities you need for a multi day day stay. It is family friendly, especially with Piedmont Park right there as well as Atlanta botanical garden. We did have to bring a pack and play and highchair, and wished one had been provided.Communication with Teresa was very good.There are two major issues that I wish we had known about: the noise from the street is really intense in the evening and disrupted the sleep in two of the bedrooms. I would strongly recommend a noise machine in those rooms. The second issue is that the floors in two of the bedrooms creek so badly that when somebody goes to the bathroom at night it can wake the other person. These are things I wish I had known.

Husband and sister in law stayed her for a 4 day get away to Atlanta. Beautiful place located near Atlanta Botanical. We had a great time. House was I. A great location with parking.

Great house for our week at America’s Mart

We are a family business exhibiting at Americas Mart for the week. The house was perfect to come home and relax after a long day working! The house had everything we needed, comfortable beds and we each had our own room! Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the area!

Very good place overall

Good for our needs - convenient location to midtown, place was clean, pleasant, well-stocked, and had comfortable beds. Noisy traffic outside bedrooms, but we were aware of it from other reviews and came prepared with white noise generators. Overall, would recommend!
