The property and cabin were so nice. We enjoyed the porch, deck, and hot tub. Mama and baby deer came through the yard in the morning and evening. Cabin is close to Mast General Store and the drive to Banner Elk was stunning.

Everything about this cabin is very impressive- from the drive in (we came in Oct at the height of leaf peeping season) to the cleanliness of the cabin to the fabulous shower! I wish it was warm enough to use the hot tub! Next time we are in the area we will definitely book again.

This was a beautiful cabin in an idyllic setting.We loved the Halloween decorations right away. The location was quiet and secluded. Make sure you get the correct house address before you go; cell service in the area is spotty. It’s really close to Valley Crucis and the iconic Mast General Store, and about 20 minutes to downtown Boone.

Cabin was wonderful and the property was absolutely beautiful! We just enjoyed staying there and relaxing in the cabin and exploring the outside. So peaceful and quiet, which is what we wanted.

Great property! We stayed with a 2 year old and a 10 month old and had a great time. The highlight of the trip for our toddler was getting to see deer each time we left or arrived. Beautiful quiet area with lots of wildlife.

My wife & I have stayed in many cottages and cabins over the years. This one is by far our favorite one! It has been upgraded over the years, but it still maintains it's rustic charm! It was very well stocked with most of the items you'll need. We enjoyed the privacy & really enjoyed the hot tub on the deck! With it being close to Halloween, the Halloween themed throws, pillows, arts & crafts were a nice touch!We'll definitately be back!Mike & Charlene

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute cozy cabin. We had all the essentials needed for our stay. The kids really enjoyed seeing all the wildlife around and seeing the baby cows on the path up to the cabin. The host was very responsive to messages.

Wonderful rustic cabin with everything we needed. Woke up to deer grazing in the yard every morning! My wife has a serious lung disease and the wonderful climate of this area really seemed to ease her symptoms!
