For those who want a relaxing time, this is the place! The back deck offers amazing scenery, especially the sunsets! The deck makes you want to settle in with a glass of wine and a good book. This condo is close to town yet far enough away to not hear much noise at all. We truly enjoyed staying here.

We have stayed here numerous times over the last couple of years, and as usual Robins place is always spotless. It is just perfect for us and so comfortable too. She has a million dollar view of the mountains and the spectacular sunsets from the deck. We couldnt ask for anything better. It is the pefect get away and will keep coming back for as long as she will have us!Thank you Robin for being such a wonderful host

The view out of the balcony is amazing. The place was clean and well equipped, exactly as described. The only thing renters should be aware of is that this unit does not have air conditioning, which is probably unnecessary for almost every day of the year. Unfortunately for us, we caught the heat dome that shot temps into the 90s for the last two days of our stay. It does have ceiling fans, which were a life saver,

Property is conveniently located and has a great view. I didn't catch in the description that there is no AC. The property was pretty hot and stuffy when we got here and the first night was a bit uncomfortable, but Robin, the owner, was nothing short of incredible. She immediately agreed to refund all our money even if we stayed the first night because she wanted us to have a pleasant experience. However, the next night was very comfortable since we aired out the condo all day. Overall, just know what to expect and you will have a wonderful time here.

Thanks very much for writing a review. We are on the side of a mountain and facing west so it does get warm on some afternoons. We have a ceiling fan in each room and fresh mountain breezes. The outdoor pool is just a few minutes' walk from our unit and provides refreshment on warm summer days. Thanks again for choosing our condo. Come again!

This was our 2nd visit to this condo (first in summer and now in winter) - and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! Robin is very responsive and welcoming. The condo is comfortable, well stocked, and is in the best location for our hiking, snowshoeing and skiing adventures. We loved the trail right behind the complex and watched the sun set over North Moat Mtn. We will definitely be back!

Another End of Ski Season Wonderful Trip

Very Enjoyable

It was very quiet there, but still close to everything in North Conway. The views are great. The pool was refreshing. It was a relaxing stay and we would stay there again if the opportunity happens.
