The "Sapphire Pearl" was renovated from top to bottom in early 2022. This charming home sits right over the canal with an open entertainment area, large screen tv and bar area to enjoy while you fish ( green canal lights to attract night fishing right from our dock) and bbq pit. Be sure to star gaze from the open balcony that stretches across the entire front of the house! During holiday times, fireworks can be watched right from the huge balcony so no need to leave your vacation spot, everything is right here for you! Our guests love the new boat slip, green fishing light great for nighttime fishing, amazing sunrise and sunset views, stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, beach toys, a charcoal grill and more. It's just a few blocks from the Sea Isle Marina Restaurant (where Clay Walker has been known to stop by and sing a few songs), the Sea Isle fishing Pier (longest pier on the Island!), and an easy short walk or golf cart ride to the Beach. Want some professional photography while you are here? Ask about childrens' mermaid photo and family photo packages taken right on the beach. It's all about the experience!

The lower deck has a covered area with open bar area, refrigerator, tv, chairs and table. There is a charcoal grill and lots of area for viewing the fish and coastal birds! There are tv's in every bedroom (except bunkroom) and the beach is barely a mile away. Our renters usually reserve a golf cart from local companies, that will be waiting for you when you arrive. So many things to do in Sea Isle and nearby tourist attractions like Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens and also downtown shopping area, historic Strand area, The arts District on Postoffice
Street, the cruise ships port and more! Winter Texans welcome!

This house was perfect for night fishing and family fun at the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful for any question we had. This was a great vacation spot for the family to enjoy some relaxation and fun together. The kids and adults also loved the PacMan arcade game! We will definitely be renting again.

Amazing Cabin!

I took a recent trip to the beach with my friends and we stayed at this amazing cabin. It was super clean and beautiful inside. Loved being on the canal and watching TV while fishing and watching football. This is a perfect cabin for friends to get away or for a family. We will be back for sure! Owners were amazing too!

Bay Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the ‘Sapphire Pearl’. The booking process was straightforward and simple and the property was easily accessible. We found the house to be pristine and comfortable and the location to be very convenient. Our fishing guide picked us up at the boat dock on the canal behind the house and we quickly were in prime fishing locations in West Bay.

Softball, Sunrise, Sunset Summer fun at the Sapphire Pearl

Our family had so much fun staying at the Sapphire Pearl while our granddaughter had a week long softball tournament! The accommodations were great! Loved paddle boarding in the canal, taking our boat out on the bay, grilling dinners on the lower deck; playing indoor games, and hanging out on the upper deck early in the morning and later in the evening. West End Marina restaurant is a family favorite! The house had everything we needed for a great family vacation! We look forward to another stay at the Sapphire Pearl!

Sea Isle is the best

This was our second Christmas at Sea Isle. We love the neighborhood and the people there are so friendly. There is a marina, bait shop, place to eat and a small bar all in Sea Isle. The Sapphire Pearl was very spacious for all six adults. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and lounging areas. We rented a golf cart which we took to the beach (make sure to cross at the light). The few times I had to contact the host she was quick to respond. Will definitely be back.

Do yourself a favor - book this property now!

This is a five star property in every respect! Spotlessly clean and comfortable including comfortable beds, quality towels and bed linens, impeccably well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. We even had use of two kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas! The house is on the canal in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon on the patio. We choose to drive a few miles to 13 Mile Road where you can drive out onto the beach - no hauling equipment. We also rented a golf cart and had a blast cruising the neighborhood! Communication with owner was prompt and thorough and made us feel well cared for. Two things we wished we’d brought: fishing equipment and mosquito repellent.

4th bedroom

So I am going to say this was a nice 3 bedroom place. The 4th bedroom was not connected to the main part of the home. You had to exit the living area that is up where the balcony is then go down the stairs and go to the outside bar that is downstairs by the canal to enter the 4th bedroom. You would not want to put children down there nor older adults and for what I paid I was not going to stay in what I would consider a basement room cut off from everyone and was moldy smelling. Out of fairness I looked at the description and it doesn’t say anything about the 4th bedroom being not part of the living quarters.

Great Place

I would definitely bring my family here again to stay. The kids loved being able to fish and crab just right downstairs in the canal, and the dogs loved the yard. The property manager was quick to reply to any questions or concerns I had.
