The condo was a perfect location to attend my grandson's Wedding. We were close enough to town without having to deal with parking and traffic issues. The Master bedroom was a nice size and the mattress was quite comfortable.

The unit was as described. Nothing fancy but was good for all that we needed for our stay. Some things in the unit are dated, but it has a "homey" feel. I would stay there, again, if we were in the area. Reasonable price compared to the motels in the area. Plenty of room in the unit. Location area was beautiful.

Jeff was easy to chat with. He was responsive and personable. Booking and payment was easy. There is no AC and there are several windows(including the slider) without screens. The downstairs relatively cool throughout the day, the upstairs not so much. It got the job done for the four days. Not fancy but efficient.

Our host was very responsive and went above and beyond getting answers for our questions. Very pleasant and safe neighborhood. Close to everything. We went skiing and dinner in the village and never felt inconvenienced.

My girlfriends and I stayed at Jeff's rental for a girl's weekend. The rental was in a perfect location. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beach access to Lake Placid was an added bonus. We are talking about going back in the winter to enjoy the snow events and plan on staying at Jeff's as it was an ideal set up.
