Hilltop Family Home with Game Room

Conveniently located near I-90 (10 mins to downtown Rapid City, 15 minutes to Ellsworth AFB, 30 minutes to Sturgis) and Hwy 16 (40 minutes to Mount Rushmore). Near great restaurants (Dakotah Steakhouse), east side shopping (Rushmore Crossing), and entertainment (Watiki Waterpark) all about 5 minutes away.

Locally owned and managed by Rapid City residents! Your concerns and questions are addressed by us directly and not by a global call center. Enjoy the attention and timely response of people who personally care about your experience!

Please note that the person making the reservation must be among those staying at the house for the entire stay.

Also, due to severe pet dander allergies, NO PETS are allowed on the property at any time. This includes pets that belong to your guests that come to the house during the day.

Brand new (2021 build) 4 bedroom 2 bath home in Shepherd Hills with a 3 car garage (2 available year round, 3rd stall used for storage during winter) sits on a ridge line overlooking Rapid City with great views of sunsets over the Black Hills during evening walks in the neighborhood. New stainless appliances with white ice countertops.

Fully fenced back yard with propane grill available and fire pit with seating for eight.

New (2022) medium firm mattresses in all the rooms with queen size beds and 7 twin beds round out 13 total sleeping spots. For those with an infant used to sleeping in a crib, we have an infant crib in our lower-level sleeping room.

Game room for all with foosball, air hockey, and board games along with large HDTV with access to all your streaming networks through high speed internet provided.

Water softener installed - Rapid City has naturally hard water supply that can result in dry skin, damage to hair and nails, white stains on new surfaces, etc. You don't have to worry about that during your stay at our property!

Perfect place for family

Our kiddos loved the bunk beds! The separate living spaces were convenient for the adults and kids. The fenced in backyard was wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Thank you for providing such a lovely home for our family vacation!

We love this neighborhood so much, we actually live two blocks away and raise our family here.

Convenient to all that Rapid City and the Black Hills has to offer. Convenient to Ellsworth AFB for those visiting or transitioning.
