Enter at the front gate to a lush zen garden leading to the front door. The family rooms flow into a chef’s designer in kitchen that overlooks the pool. The new saltwater pool (2021) is heated, always perfect under the California sun, or stars. The backyard features both a covered and open dining and sitting area, loungers for sun and relation, and floats for fun in the water. This property is conveniently located in a trendy NOHO neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping, and markets. Close to the metro station, you are 10 minutes from Universal Studios, 15 minutes from Hollywood, and all the major LA attractions including the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, the Walk of Fame, and local museums. While centrally located, the neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly with ample street parking.

Hollywood Vacation

Family trip to Universal Hollywood. Great location in North Hollywood within short driving distance of everything. The house was amazing and the kids loved the pool. 8 people stayed comfortably. Host was very responsive to questions and helpful with requested information.

NOHO Oasis

Great place in a great location. Property was as described and was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Minutes from stores, restaurants, and Universal Studios. KJ was responsive and assisted whenever we reached out. We enjoyed the property and will definitely book again!

Great location! Terrific Property

Our family planned a Studio City vacation at this property. Very close to all the Studios. Nice neighborhood. 3 full size bedrooms with connecting bathrooms for each. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen and dinning room. One evening we cooked in for a family meal. Enjoyed the huge TV and hot tub. Very clean. This property is a 10 plus!

Comfy and Convenient!

We were in town for a conference, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the house. But it was very comfortable and conveniently located for us. Quiet neighborhood and good communication from KJ.

Spacious private home with pool

This home was very spacious feeling right at home with a great entertainment system, well-equipped kitchen and wonderful beauty. The home was close to universal studios and great restaurants.

A nice retreat

We were 3 couples. We were in the area to attend the Rose Parade. This was a very nice place to stay. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. It was very quiet in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday. We also cooked our meals and the kitchen worked very well for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is perfectly located for a weekend at Universal. Relaxing stay with the pool and hot tub. KJ is very responsive to your requests. House has all the amenities you would want. I would definitely come back.

Great NOHO location

Quiet neighborhood, but close to all NOHO activity. Perfect for our visit. House pics are all accurate, house was very clean, beds are comfy, and KJ was very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Great Stay

The property is incredibly well cared for and very clean. Every step of the process was easy and the owner is the most responsive and gracious I've seen. Quiet and convenient location with great dining around. Highly recommended.

It was so nice to have the large space for my family of 5. We loved coming back after a day of sightseeing to the hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and easy access to Universal Studios, Warner brothers tour and other attractions. I felt like we had a personal concierge with the host providing great suggestions. Great find!

Wedding

We came for my sons wedding and had lots of prep to do. The house was perfect. It is very roomy which helped with putting centerpieces together. The house was clean and comfortable. KJ was an awesome host and the location is great. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Beautiful Stay and Amazing pool and Hot tub. Our first night we ordered pizza and ate on the back patio. It was an amazing dinner with absolute beautiful scenery. we visited Newport Beach, Santa Monica Pier and Paradise Cove all was a very manageable drive. The host is the BEST he answered at all times, and I am not kidding usually within seconds. Truly a perfect family vacation for us Oklahomans

Great Family Stay

This was our first time doing a rental property and it was absolutely amazing. It is going to be hard to go back to a hotel after this. The host had great communication and always responded promptly. The location is great to do all the touristy things and was only about a 1/2 hour drive to the airport. The highlight of the property was the hot tub and pool. Even with the chillier temps the kids still spent hours in the pool. If we end up in the LA area again we will definitely be looking to book this property.

Great roomie property with great location!

Took my family and in-laws to spend a few days out in Hollywood and host a small re-union. The host was amazing and was very responsive every time we needed something. The property is located within minutes to Hollywood Studios and other areas that we needed. The house was very roomie yet felt very cozy that made everyone feel right at home. The heated pool and hot tub was amazing specially for the beautiful LA weather. We will be staying there again in the future!

A-MAZ-ING

This was such an awesome property! AJ was so responsive with any questions we had and was very accommodating. The location was perfect in so many ways! A unique and beautiful house that did not disappoint. We loved the hot tub owner provided endless supplies, from laundry detergent to spices. I would definitely rent here again for my family and highly recommend it for anyone coming to LA and surrounding area. It will not disappoint! Owners parents live right behind the property and AJs dad is a delight! Can’t give enough stars for this property!

Really nice place to stay for Universal Studios

We arrived and got in with no problem. The property has 2 residences on it, so I think the owner maybe resides in the 2nd? Never saw them though so it was very private. It’s an older home that has been renovated very nicely. The pool and hot tub were awesome! The hot tub more than the pool to be honest. It had everything too. Big huge TV that we all were able to sit in one room and watch. Dining table that we were all able to sit at and eat together. It had plenty of space to not feel crowded. All the rooms had their own TV’s too. Two of the 3 bedrooms had attached bathrooms and the third had a bathroom just outside their door. Location was perfect because we were doing Universal Studios. Took 10 minutes tops to drive there, and way better than doing a hotel for the family and grandparents. Definitely worth it!!!

We had ant problems

There was ants everywhere on the counters and in the dishwasher the guy said he would have maintenance come and spray and while we were gone they took it upon themselves to clean the kitchen and said it was because it was dirty from us. Mind u the dishwasher wasn't working either. So I felt they violated my privacy and all my belongings as they could have cleaned when we vacated

Beautiful home

This was my first VRBO I booked directly and I had no idea what to expect so I had been anxious about it, until we arrived. The host had been very responsive to all my questions in the weeks leading up to the stay, and then also during our stay. The home was outstanding - like a 5-star hotel. Seriously. Very open and welcoming space inside, so perfect for our 5 adults and 1 child, with 2 other adults visiting during the stay. We enjoyed the hot tub one night, and cooked almost every meal there. Everything we needed for this was provided. One of our family members is very sensitive to fabric couches, but she said this is the first time she hasn't had any problems; that's how clean this place was. Location is great; there is a Ralphs grocery store just over 1 mile away, a CVS and Trader Joes within 4 minutes as well. A neighborhood park was a nice way to get outside for a bit between rain storms. I can't say enough about the stay. We were all so very happy. KJ's parents were visiting and stayed in the back house and were super nice and helpful with 2 items we needed help with. So sweet and kind, just like their son, our host.

Great Host

Had a great 9 days in NOHO Oasis. Property is very handy for all things in LA centre. It’s 8 miles from Rodeo Drive and close to Universal and all major highways. Pool and Hot Tub area is still very new looking and beautiful. We used the Hot Tub every night we were there. KJ is a very accommodating and responsive Host. He answered all requests to turn on hot tub within a couple of minutes. He also got us a gas BBQ to use as there was none at property. KJ,s mum and dad also live at back of property .. we met them and they were so lovely and helpful. They don’t want to intrude on your time there at all. It was by Birthday on Easter Sunday and KJ,s mum gave me a beautiful Easter Bread and box of Chocolates which was so thoughtful. The property has plenty of space inside and out.. the mattresses are so comfy .. honestly have never slept of anything so nice before. We always expect a property to be clean on arrival but this was the cleanest property I have EVER stayed it.. it was immaculate with tons of towels and toiletries. Would be very happy to stay at any property if KJ’s in the future. He is a wonderful host.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable

Our family had a great stay. Everything was extremely clean. We were in town to go to Universal Studios and the location of this house was perfect, it never took us more than ten minutes to get there or back. Highly recommend.
