Shy was great about returning messages. It was a great place and convenient. One issue we had was the bed situation was not as shown in the icons. I thought there were more beds than there were. there were some rollaway beds, but they were not great. When we had a problem with a couple of things, Shy had someone come by right away to correct.
Located in the Solara this Stay had it all! Was perfect for my brothers bachelor group to hangout before hitting the town where everything you would need is a short walk away!Only reason for 4/5 Stars on cleanliness is because a previous group before our stay unfortunately left us with a broken pool Cue, pingpong paddle and a broken Tap on the drinking water along with cigarette stains in the first patio. Minor things! Sound bar was a huge hit and highly recommend it for anyone with a large group.Huge thanks and cheers to the Host who was very responsive and understanding :)
We do an annual ski trip and this year I was in charge of arrangements. The property in Canmore was ideally located for skiing Sunshine and Lake Louise; as well as nightlife in Banff and Canmore. The property itself was as advertised and included a number of amenities that were above average: park passes, saving us valuable ; coffee for both pods AND drip; shampoo/conditioner/bodywash…to name a few. Communication was excellent with any questions promptly responded to.I would highly recommend this property.

Check-in was frustrating. Written instructions weren’t enough—unit is in a busy resort with many adjoining units, and finding parking was confusing. In-person assistance from property management would have helped. The house was well stocked with supplies, which was appreciated. After checkout, we received multiple calls about returning a parking pass that was never given to us, which was frustrating and felt unfair. Overall, the unit was fine, but check-in and post-checkout communication need serious improvement.
I was impressed before even arriving! The communication was amazing leading up to the trip. We had two families staying here and we were comfortable. The drive in to Banff was short and the park passes already available were a time and money saver. The kitchen was equipped to make meals and the bathrooms had the necessities stocked. I would recommend this experience to anyone.
I took my son (18) and three of his friends for spring break. There was plenty of room for everyone, full kitchen for feeding 4 teenagers, pool table to keep them occupied between events.
The condo was clean, comfortable and close enough to public transportation that we didn't drive anywhere.
This is a beautiful condo in a beautiful setting.
The hosts were very responsive and helpful in every way. They sent reminders that were very helpful and answered questions very quickly.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
There isn’t many places that will sleep this many for this price. I did find that there is some maintenance that was needed. We called and it was taken care of right away. This place does need some TLC like there was nails just on the walls, and needs a good paint job. The blinds in the main bedroom needs to be replaced as well. I was disappointed with the Solara only because it is becoming outdated. I would definitely stay here again as long as the price stays low.
I had an opportunity to travel to Banff with extended family and show them what Canada has to offer. The check-in was a little bit uncomfortable as the girls at the front desk wanted the name of the building as having the building number was not enough. Thankfully, one of them told us to go up and try the code at the suite #... it worked! The suite was big enough for all 7 of us. The only down side I would say was the triple bunkbeds as the room in between each bed was too narrow which made it unconfortable for an adult to turn during one's sleep. The place was clean and well equiped. The park passes were a true plus and the underground parking tided it all up in a bow for us. Awesome experience!

This place will go down as one of the best stays we’ve ever had (and we travel a bunch). Canmore won our hearts! This room is the perfect location. It’s minutes from the highway which takes you straight to Banff. And it’s less than a mile from downtown Canmore with endless shopping, eating, biking. We used Canmore as a launching point to go different directions each day and it was perfect.
When you walk out the front door of this resort, the view takes your breath away. The Rockies surround you.
The host communicated so well. The room was fully stocked with anything you can need. The balconies and fire table were put to great use. The room was extra clean and spacious. Highly recommend!
We had the time of our lives and will absolutely be back!

While happy with the location and scenery there were some issues with the property.
This is a great location and close to downtown. We did enjoy our stay but we did have a couple issues. We didn’t have power/lights to the main bathroom for half the stay and had to get maintenance/electrician in for repair which delayed our plans for the day. The dishwasher leaks onto the floor during use and had to be cleaned up with towels. The bbq was very dirty with no usable brush to clean. The cushions on the patio with the fire table were not stored and were soaking wet so unable to use for the duration of our stay. There was some questions about the cleanliness of the master bedroom sheets and duvet.
The owner was very accessible for all questions and communications.
There was more that enough room for a family of 6 and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Just would have been nice if the accommodations had a bit more TLC.

Stay was ok but there are many other better and more economical options.
The property itself is in a good location. The property is over priced and you can definitely find some thing more economically reasonable even within the same resort for almost half the price. The place was nice but nothing special. The entire house is very dark and needs more lighting. The pool table and ping-pong table is in very poor condition with none of the pool cues, maybe one that work properly. I had a very poor experience with the property manager. It’s a very long story that is at the end of the day, our fault because of booking and cancellation issues however, the property manager was very unprofessional by not answering his phone for over 10 days purposefully And was not willing to work with you whatsoever. Eventually, we were able to get on the phone with the property manager after calling the property owner and he was extremely rude and eventually hung up the phone on me. I feel like the property is just fine, but very expensive. Like I stated earlier, there are plenty of places that Are almost half the price of this place with the same amenities, great location, and plenty of room. Don’t waste your money here, the pool table and ping-pong table and photos make it seem like a very luxurious option however, it is not. I am unable to put all the details of my complaints on this review because of the amount of words they allow, but I would recommend to shop around for a cheaper and nicer host and nicer place.
This condo was a great base for exploring the area. It's a short drive to Banff and Lake Louise. The parks pass included with the condo is convenient.
It's a perfect size for two couples. The pictures are accurate. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and the fireplace. The kitchen was well-equipped.
We would definitely stay again if we make our way back to the Canmore/Banff area.
Love the place. So clean and all amenities were there. I contacted the host a couple of times over 12 hours period, via telephone, email and text, but I didn’t receive a response..
