After a day of adventuring in the natural beauty of Grand County, we invite you and your family to rest, relax, and unwind in our new, upscale, modern townhome which is fully outfitted for families of all ages. Central location within 3 min to a supermarket, 5 min drive to Granby Ranch ski resort, 20 min to Winter Park ski resort, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park!

Our family-friendly home is fully furnished and stocked, and ready to be enjoyed! Upon entering into the heated two car garage, you'll find a large mudroom where you can kick off boots and jackets, followed by a hallway that leads to a cozy den and small reading nook for kids. Beyond the den, which can also serve as a 4th bedroom with a comfortable pull out couch, there is a spacious bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a large bathroom across the hallway, complete with a full bath.

Upstairs, you'll find a large, spacious, open floor plan with a corner fireplace and an unobstructed view of the Grand Elk golf course and the surrounding mountains. The kitchen has a large island, with 3 stools and a huge dining room table with seating for 10 adventurous souls. Towards the back, there are two large guest bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, including a steam shower in the primary bath.

Other fun stuff: Lots of games, toys and books for kids, a nugget couch, 3 large TVs, steam shower in master bath, radiant heating, plenty of wine glasses, huge covered patio with hot tub, ski rack in garage, 2 large bathtubs, and endless views!

This was a grandparent trip with our wonderful grandchildren and they LOVED the house. The space was perfect, everything you could possible imagine needing in a home was there, and it is beautifully curated. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, fantastic washer/dryer and gas stove. We just loved the home and the location as we went skiing at Granby Ranch across the street.

Beautiful property with lots of extras that made for a wonderful stay! Our kids loved their own space downstairs to hang out and play games. The hot tub was wonderful for everyone to enjoy along with the cozy fireplace. The kitchen and dining easily accommodated our family of 7 and everyone had their own space, bed, and plenty of bathrooms to share. Plus the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed plus had condiments, spices, and a great selection of teas. We would certainly stay there again!

Great Family Adventure!

The condo is beautiful, the beds are wonderful, the kitchen is well stocked, there is a steam shower, and there is a lovely private hot tub. We had a truly wonderful Christmas vacation. In addition, the owners were flexible, finding a way for us to come up a day early, they were responsive and easy to connect to.We would highly recommend this condo to either families, or a group of family friends.

This Rental is one of the nicest we've stayed in!

Wow! This rental was an absolute dream! It's a new build and the owners have thought of everything. The steam shower was amazing, views were incredible, and the layout was so perfect for our group. It's hard to find sharp knives, comfortable beds and pillows, let alone all the little extra's this place has. The decor is tasteful and the hot tub is perfect. It's walking distance to City Market and in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a great stay!
