Al’s Apartment

Al’s Apartment is a first floor unit with private exterior access in a small multiunit building. One off street parking space is provided within steps to your front door. All the comforts of home are available with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfy king sized bed. The sofa in the living room also pulls out to a queen bed. Located on a quiet residential street but within walking distance to the train station, hospital, and restaurants.

Other things to note
This unit is a month to month furnished rental. The unit includes all of the basics you need such as linens, basic cookware, full kitchen, and washer and dryer.

There is one off street parking space included and on street parking available for additional vehicles.

All utilities are included, including WiFi. It is very strong WiFi and you should have no problem working from home. The television is a smart TV and you can use all of your favorite streaming services. We do not have cable.

We do include a starter set of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We do not continuously replenish these.

During the winter months we have a company contracted to do snow removal on the sidewalks and plow the parking lot. They will not shovel out your car.
