Some small repairs are needed to the condo and better attention to detail when cleaning (ie: lamp shades were covered in dust, washing machine needed cleaned and only supplied hot water, not cold, fans were dirty). Shower faucet is loose, coffee table is wobbly, and light over kitchen sink and stove don’t work.

Hi Brian, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry these items affected your stay and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We do wish we had heard from you while you were still at the condo, as we would have been happy to send someone by promptly to address the loose faucet, wobbly table, lights, washing machine, and any housekeeping concerns. Because reviews may not be seen until well after checkout, contacting us during the stay gives us the best opportunity to make things right in real time. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your time at the beach and the recent updates to the condo, including the new custom plantation shutters. We’ve shared your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so each item can be inspected.

Great play close to the beach

We had a great time. It was great to just walk out to the beach. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the uncomfortable beds and we could have supplied more toilet paper and beach towels like other places. Other than that, we had a great, relaxing much needed vacation.
