Beautiful home

I enjoyed staying here. It’s a very nice, quiet, and clean. We stopped at the restaurant near the lake which is only a few minutes away. The food was tasty and the view was great!

What makes this property unique

Point Venture is a small community on the North Shore of Lake Travis. The community offers nice amenities like lake access, golf, tennis, community pool, Gym and parks.
This fabulous home is a few blocks away from the lake, which allows you to enjoy all sports of sporting activities ( swimming, kayaking, baseball, tennis, golf, hiking, biking, sailing, jet-skiing). If you are more adventurous, a ziplining trail is less than 30 mins away. Austin is just throw away, about 50 mins drive.

Point Venture Marina includes Captain Pete’s floating restaurant and bar. Open 7 days a week for dinner. Park your car and just walk out on the marina, or come by boat and pull up to the marina. If you love seafood, burgers, tacos footings, and drinks, then you’re going to love their menus.
