The property is cozy and has a great view off the balcony. The kitchen is tiny but had everything we needed to prepare a meal except spices, etc. The property could have been cleaner in terms of the coffee pot and shower and I had to unload the dishwasher upon arrival. The towels that were provided specifically to remove makeup were much appreciated. One downside was the noisy neighbors which impacted our ability to sleep as we could hear them through the walls. We were unable to sleep in the master bedroom because of this, and had to resort to sleeping in the loft, which was rather warm. The proximity to downtown Gatlinburg was also convenient when we wanted some food, shopping or entertainment. We enjoyed our stay but would not rebook this property.

Great place to stay.

Great place to stay while in Gatlinburg. A nice view off the balcony and even had a bear sighting from the back tree line. Clean, nicely equipped, and the kids enjoyed taking turns in the loft. Overall good stay.

Fantastic views and cozy atmosphere!

The entire drive to the condo offers great views, and it's about as close to the park as you can get without being in downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was a little smaller than we expected, but had everything we needed. The pool and hot tubs were great as well!

Wonderful place to stay

This condo is great. The view of the mountains is beautiful. You can see all of Pigeon Forge from the balcony. All of the rooms were very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Wonderful Stay

Our family really enjoyed the location and the atmosphere inside, our daughter absolutely loved the bears all around. Unfortunately, due to incoming weather, we were sad to have to leave a night early.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this Condo. The Inside was beautiful. Communication with the owners was top notch. Only downside was the beds were a little on the harder side, but that is just something minor. Overall we will be staying here again!

Thanks for taking the time to review our property. Mattresses are a challenge, as everyone has their own preference for degree of firmness that they think is ideal. Having said that, did replace some mattresses today (May 4, 2023) with ones reviewed as less Firm.

Great location!

We had a great time at the rental. It was exactly as stated/shown. The location was great, awesome mountain views. The condo is just across the parking lot from the pool and hot tub which was great with kids. We would definitely go back!

Nice place, great view

Great setting with our balcony overlooking the mountains. Close to downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park! We even saw bears on the roadway down the street from the property.
