Recent updates include new bedroom furniture and decor, luxury vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms and stairwell, quartz countertops, kitchen and bathroom fixture upgrades, plush towels and all of the amenities you need to make this your home away from home.

THE SPACE
The 2-story condo overlooks the pool and courtyard with ocean views of the pristine Atlantic Ocean from the living room and balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of dining ware and cooking items for use both indoors or poolside (plastic, non-breakable). The living/dining room is the perfect spot for entertaining or winding down, featuring a 42-inch smart TV with streaming channels built in, Nest thermostat, and portable bluetooth speaker to play your favorite music. One full bathroom with walk-in shower is conveniently located on the main level.

Accessible both by stairs or elevator, the second floor is complete with two bedrooms. The primary has a brand new, luxurious king bed, dresser, full-length mirror, smart TV and desk for those needing a private workspace. The second bedroom has two queen beds with brand-new, all-season linens. The upstairs bathroom is kid-friendly with a tub and step stool to reach the sink or toilet. Leave your quarters at home! Spanish Sol has both washer and dryer in-unit … upstairs for added convenience!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests at Spanish Sol get full-access to the condominium’s numerous amenities including on-site management and maintenance, private parking, use of the tennis courts & shuffleboard along with equipment, outdoor grills, bike rack, social hall, and even a car wash area. Please note, the outdoor pool is not heated, even in the winter.

Our condo complex is located right next to the drive-on entrance to Crescent Beach at Ocean Trace Road. Those with 4WD can take a nice drive along the beach for a different experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in St. Augustine! The location was perfect—walk to beach was easy and location to restaurants and shopping pretty convenient. The property was in a convenient location with walkable restaurants and easy drive to attractions. The private beaxh is pristine. The pool was cleaned daily and easily accessible. The luggage carts and elevator were helpful for arrival. Communication with the owner/manager was great. Responsive with questions before our arrival because it was our first visit to St Augustine. She also checked on us after our arrival. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the beach! View from balcony was great. Short walk to beach. Very well-appointed condo. All we needed and more! Plenty of beach equipment in the closet - chairs, coolers, a wagon. Even toys although we didn't have any kiddos with us! Check in and access were painless. Great place and fantastic location! Beach view was beautiful from the patio. Sugar sand, super easy short stroll to the beach, we truly enjoyed sunrise walks, and spending the day on the beach. Easy drive to downtown, convenient grocery shopping, and plenty of restaurants close by. Place was clean, kitchen has everything you need, and beach chairs was a big plus. Highly recommend!
