The deck overlooks the ocean and there's a private walkway to the beach. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk to the boardwalk and many other bars and restaurants. The unit is freshly renovated with a light and modern feel and is a true oceanfront paradise. Stay here and enjoy relaxing on the deck, watching the dolphins, and listening to the waves!

-The HOA must have access to the unit the first Thursday of every month for a routine pest control treatment. This is typically in the morning but potentially could be variable. It should only take a few minutes. If there are no guests present at the time of their arrival, then the HOA/pest crew shall have the right to use a code to enter and treat the unit and will lock up afterwards. If they are not allowed entrance, I am charged a $75 fee and that will be passed on to you.

Oceanfront Stay

Great condo right on the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was clean and had everything we needed stocked. The washer and dryer was nice to have. The parking was a little confusing at first and we had the wrong building when we first got there but we figured it out! The owner was very responsive and helpful when I messaged him.

Get Away

The condo was amazing. It was very clean and felt like home. It was just how it was explained in the listing. The owners were quick to respond and help when needed. Things that were important to us - the beds were very comfortable, the water was always hot and strong pressure, and the showers drained perfect. It was far enough away from all loud nightlife which was what we wanted. It was a perfect beach get away!

Quick Family Beach Weekend

Great time right on the beach with private beach access,which is convenient when on vacation with small children. Close to the boardwalk. Timely communication with property owner. We will be back again!

My wife and I along with our 5 kids moved from the midwest to the Raleigh area late 2020. We moved for lots of reasons, but overall we wanted a better quality of life with more opportunities for our kids, and going to the beach is one of our absolute favorite things to do. We're so excited to share this opportunity with you!

Why they chose this property

This is a NEW listing on VRBO for summer 2022, but it's been getting quickly booked up through other platforms, also just newly listed there starting early April 2022. This place has so many updates! There is new flooring throughout. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, and subway tile backsplash. Brand new stainless steel appliances and paint throughout as well. Decorated nicely, with a very large deck! You'll be oceanfront with great views and have access to the beach via a private walkway. There's also an outdoor water spigot and shower after you're done on the beach, and then you can enjoy the fenced in pool! It's only a short walk to the boardwalk and all the incredible bars, restaurants, and shops. The combination of the updates inside the unit, the oceanfront location yet proximity to the boardwalk, and the overall experience are hard to beat!

What makes this property unique

There is a dedicated workspace including desk and chair with 400 Mbps high speed internet. Along with having a Roku stick on each TV with the ability to access Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix, there is also Spectrum cable on each TV, which many other properties don't offer. The deck is nice and large and has a large picnic table for the whole family to enjoy meals overlooking the ocean. Overall, the condo is clean, updated, and well decorated, while also being close to the boardwalk with great oceanfront views and a private walkway to the beach!
