We loved our stay here! The location was quiet and family friendly and close to several other fun things to see in the area. The walk to the beach was easy, about 5-10 minutes, and the ice cream shop at the end of the road before the beach was a nice perk. Speaking of perks, the golfer in our family loved the perk of playing each day at a discounted rate as well! The house was clean and spacious enough for our whole family. The hot tub was nice and clean and the kitchen was well stocked in regards to pots/pans/utensils for cooking for a family every day. There were some basics (a couple rolls of toilet paper, etc) to get us started for the week, but we did have to get several things right away, such as there wasn’t hand soap in each bathroom. Overall, it was a great place for the price and we would recommend!

House was clean, spacious, kitchen was well stocked. The only thing we were missing- beach towels. Close proximity to the beach, we mostly walked (about 5-6 min), only when it was super hot we drove and parked at the public beach parking one block away. Would stay again.

Spring Break ‘25

Had a very relaxing week at First Tee. The house and grounds were very clean. Plenty of space for my family of 6. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and the hot tub.

Seascape Tee One

The location was great for our group. We had bedrooms for everyone (6) to sleep comfortably. The only complaint we have is the family room furniture needs replacing.

Family Christmas

This was our second Christmas at this home. Our children/grandchildren live several housesdown from here. It’s so convenient. The house has plenty of space for five adults. It is in good shape. We hope to be able to rent it again. It’s so nice to be able to go back to a rental that you’re comfortable and familiar with.

No bad

You could tell there had been some construction going on recently. There was grout dust on the counters in the kitchen where the tile work had been done and there were nails all over the property, especially on the deck with the hot tub. Other than those 2 issues everything else was ok.
