🌊✨Coastal Falcon 🦅 Reno '21 ~ All New Everything ✨🌊

This newly renovated beachside duplex is located just 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the Indian River Lagoon! 1-2 blocks from public dog park, baseball fields, tennis & racquetball courts. This unit was rebuilt in 2021 after a fire with new travertine floors, stainless steel appliances, white solid wood cabinets, and quartz counter tops in kitchen& bathroom. Also, new washer & dryer, hurricane impact windows, roof, hot water heaters, plumbing and electrical, fans and LED lighting.

This unit is in half of the duplex with a concrete dividing wall between the adjacent unit. The unit is 2 bedroom 1 bath with a private driveway/entrance and carport, outdoor shower and foot wash station, weber grill, outdoor dining, and shed with beach equipment. Fully fenced in backyard with side door access. Private driveway with covered carport parking, and paver parking next to driveway for guests with more than one car. Walking distance to beach.

We are pet friendly, the pet fee is contingent upon length of stay, number of dogs, breed and age. We do the custom fee so we can adequately accommodate guests. We love dogs and will be happy to give you a price when you inquire about the booking.of the duplex with a dividing wall between the adjacent unit.

SO CLEAN!!!!!!

This place is definitely top 3 favorite places we've stayed in !! Right next to the police station, we walked to the gas station and the beach. The thing that stood out the most to me was how clean everything was !!! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope they will have us back sometime!

Immaculate!

This was the most immaculate VRBO we’ve ever used. The place was well appointed and had all the supplies you would ever need. The property owner was quick to answer any questions. It is located just a short walk to the beach, community center and a cute dog park. Clean, clean CLEAN!!!!

Wonderful property!

I very much enjoyed my stay in Cape Canaveral. This property was a short walk to the beach and a quick trip to the grocery store as well as to many attractions in the area. My son and I went to the space center a couple of times as well as to Cocoa Beach. The property was so close, it made for easy travels. It is also close to some public buildings that offered charging stations for our electric car. What a nice feature! We'll be back again.

Welcome to the Space Coast! Beach side is THE place to be in Brevard County. Festivals, games, rides, miniature golf, restaurants, bars and more attractions are all walking distance.

Predominantly 1950s homes with mature trees. Close proximity to the library, tennis courts, racquetball courts, indoor lifestyle center, indoor basketball and dog park. Quiet neighborhood with walkable streets with no major traffic.
