About this property

Welcome to The Prescott House. It is a beautifully updated home tucked away in the historic garden district of Kerrville, TX. The home is only a short walk to downtown Kerrville and all the amenities our town has to offer. The home features a well appointed kitchen with an outdoor kitchen and fire pit as well. All bedrooms come with memory foam mattresses for a restful nights sleep.

The space:

This vacation rental in Kerrville, TX features a ton of amenities. There is a full kitchen with cook-wear and an island with seating. The living room features a plush leather sofa and a wall mounted TCL roku television. Each bedroom features a queen size bed with linen bedding and memory foam mattresses. There is also ample closet space for your clothing.

Guest access:

The entire house except for the outdoor storage room and wood shop both are locked.

Other things to note:
Pets maybe considered for an additional $50 fee. There will be lint rollers provided to combat shedding. There will also be a kennel provided. All pets will be required to be contained in the kennel when the guests are out. Do not leave pets unattended in the house. nPlease do not allow pets on furniture. There is new sod in the yard so if approved for pets please clean up after your pet and only allow them to relive themselves in the designated areas.
House Rules: Minimum age for renters is 25. No parties or events of any kind are allowed. NO SMOKING is allowed on the property. No unregistered guests are allowed. If you need to add a guest please feel free to contact us. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please keep outdoor noise levels to a minimum and observe quiet time from the hours of 10:00pm-8:00am. Please respect the checkin-checkout times. Please take care of your keys any lost key will incur a replacement fee. Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house. Trash bins are on the ally side of the driveway and are labeled trash or recycling. No illegal substances of any kind are allowed on the premise.

Garden District Diamond House

Fantastic property! Exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The 2 bedroom 2 bath floor plan was perfect for 2 couples. Wonderful support from property owner and was available anytime we needed her. Hot tub was a plus. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Kerrville.

Relaxing Oasis

Relaxing jacuzzi was most welcome every evening! The home is full of historic architrctural lines yet has modern comforts thruout! We appreciate the owner checking in with us via text/email and ready to answer questions. No detail was left undone…a wonderful home away from home! I’m we would like to stay here again in the future!

Cozy Bungalow in Garden District

Gorgeous

One of the nicer VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in. Completely remodeled bungalow. Very clean and welcoming. Loved all the tile work in bathrooms and kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub and the complementary bottle of wine.
