Great retreat from Minnesota’s winter

Family friendly property with room for everyone. The pool was the place to be for the kids and the warm FL temps kept all of us poolside. Nice NE Cape Coral location close to grocery, restaurants and other national branded retailers. The canal offered wildlife viewing and one of our grandsons caught a few bass in the canal. We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Rachel (owner) was responsive and helpful.

Clean but in need of some TLC

The layout of the house was a bit strange with a separate bedroom off the pool area. Outdoor areas are in need of some care especially a retaining wall by the canal and general yard care. The house was clean and well appointed. The hot tub and pool were very cold and we got charged an extra $300 for adjusting the temperature. ( They did tell us that would happen in the pre arrival note, but the first person to arrive hadn't read that caveat.) The surrounding neighborhoods aren't very inviting for taking walks but the location is handy for traveling to other places.

Large home

There was plenty of room for the entire family. We enjoyed the location. The only problem was the hot tub wasnt working part of the time and to turn the hot tub on we always had to text them and let them know we were ready to use the hot tub and it wouldnt always get turned on when we wanted it.

Fun In The Sun

We loved this property! The location was great-loved the pool and canal! Rachel responded to our questions right away! We had a group of 12 family members and the kids had a great time! We would highly recommend this property
