Exercise room with equipment and Tennis/pickleball Courts. Complex is oceanfront, condo is poolside. Kitchen is loaded with anything you will need for meals. Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, entertainment, ice cream shop, coffee shop, and shopping. 1 mile to Publix groceries, Rucker John’s in Emerald Plan tation, water slide and so much more family fun!

As a Registered Nurse, life can be so serious. I've been so fortunate to have hosted such wonderful families and have truly enjoyed being able to be a part of a joyful time in their lives. This is such a welcomed change from my day to day.

Why they chose this property

Our gated neighborhood is so peaceful, but smack dab in the middle of entertainment, restaurants. A person could spend most of the week at the pools, tennis courts and beach - then walk over to Gaffers for lunch or get some ice cream from Village Ice Cream and Candy. Perhaps more importantly, stroll over to the wine store for a bottle of cabernet. Pebble Beach seems to attract excellent guests and we enjoy our interactions with others on the complex.

What makes this property unique

Families love our complex for the indoor and outdoor pools, the safety of a gated community with security in season and easy walk to the beach. The property and decking walkway are well maintained. I think we are the only the property on the island to have our own water treatment.
