Was in Phoenix for a girls volleyball tournament and wanted an alternative to being locked in a hotel room for 4 days. This was a nice escape a great property with a nice outdoor space. Close enough to everything you need to do in the area.

The property has some really nice features, but overall could use a little TLC. The interior was nicely furnished, and we appreciated the updates to the kitchen and bathrooms, along with the well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space has a great layout with a nice grill, TV, sectional seating, and a pool with a waterfall that we really enjoyed.Unfortunately, much of the outdoor furniture and decor was showing significant wear. Several cushions were stained or torn, the outdoor rug was quite stained, and one chair was broken and unsafe to use. The tile around the water feature was also chipped and had considerable calcium buildup. Inside, there were a few maintenance issues, including loose towel bars and a heavily stained bedroom rug.The location was convenient, although traffic noise from the nearby busy road was noticeable at times. Communication with the property manager was excellent, which we appreciated.Overall, the property has a lot of potential and some lovely features, but it would definitely benefit from some refreshing and attention to maintenance to make the experience more enjoyable for future guests.

Very clean and updated. Loved the outdoor space. It seems pretty rare with rentals to have such a nice, functional and CLEAN grill! My main feedback would be to have more things stocked like towels, blankets, maybe a few pool floats/accessories,etc.

Outdoor area was poorly maintained and a big disappointment. We made several requests regarding the pool and a leak outside from a faucet and nothing was done. Pool was coated with tile layered with algae although pool water was clean and nice. Fountain coated with mineral crud pool light couldn’t be turned off chair was broken seat cushions not clean. Constant faucet leak outside.Interior of home was comfortable , great bed and nice bedding, kitchen well supplied, comfortable seating and clean. No bath mats for showers. Adequate towels.Excellent location and a really nice view.

We had such a relaxing weekend here. The house was very clean, with nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard was the highlight — super comfortable, perfect for games, hanging out, and relaxing while watching TV outside. It was exactly what we needed for a low-key, enjoyable getaway. The host/mgmt went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in their property. The house is very well appointed and the kitchen has everything needed to cook any type of meal. The outdoor kitchen and patio area was also very relaxing. The overall space is very clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. We were able to enjoy the pool every day even without having it heated. Great location and close to any activity the Valley has to offer.
