The townhouse is comfortable and has enough room for a couple and guests. The kitchen is stocked with everything anyone needs and the grill works very well. The star of the entire stay is that Lake Tahoe and all it's beauty and furry is only steps away. You can bring your water toys as we did. A couple days we paddle boarded in the early morning when the Lake was calm. I played golf across the street at Old Brockway and the course was in great shape. Anything you need is minutes away. Karen is a great host and was quick to return a text when I reached out to her. I have rented many places all over the country, but this is someplace I would return to if Tahoe beckons again. Thanks Karen. It's a gem.

Amazing Views

We have been renting houses on Lake Tahoe for 10+ years. This place has the best views of any place we've stayed. The place was super clean and well stocked. We were able to cook meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a very peaceful time spent. It was also great to be able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and other shopping. We would stay here again!

The only way to do Lake Tahoe

We’re still in awe of the location of this property. This is truly the only way to do Lake Tahoe - right on its shores overlooking the blue water. Probably the best VRBO experience we’ve had so far. Impeccable place, clean, modern, well maintained, simply wonderful. And close to shops, restaurants, and ski resorts. Thank you for making our pre X-mas vacation so memorable. We’ll have to come back in the summer.

Lakeside 2 was perfect for us……it was beautifully decorated and loaded with amenities, well-stocked with things we needed! The WiFi is extremely unreliable but I don’t know how common that is in this area…..fortunately there are nearby restaurants/etc whose WiFis could be used. The washing machine was not working and that caused us an inconvenience for the week……I had to leave many used towels for the cleaning service, sorry ….our week at the lake was relaxing & enjoyed by all!

A Slice of Heaven

An excellent location, wonderful property, and a gracious, responsive host made this a trip to remember. The photos are very representative but still don't do the place justice. Along with being clean, modern and fully stocked, it is obvious Karen understands what sets a vacation home apart from the rest. Every dish, pot, pan and other amenity was something that I would put in my own home, not typical vacation rental stuff! The location is perfect, a quick walk to Safeway (24 hours!), good local restaurants, too many activities to mention, plus a beach and lake on the doorstep. The only negative I can think of is that I forgot to bring a glass of wine into the jacuzzi with me!

Five Stars!! Great Location and Karen was a joy to work with!

This vacation will go in our books as one of the best. We did everything you could possibly do in Lake Tahoe and this VRBO was in the best location for everything we did. Karen was great to work with and helped with dining and activity options. The beach location could not be any better. That view!!! The unit was clean and updated. The only tiny issue we had was parking. There is a one car garage but our vehicle would not fit. There is a parking space not too far away. I will definitely call Karen the next time I plan a visit to Lake Tahoe. Thank you again!!!
