Love our repeat guests. Discounts for YOU! Let us know if you stayed before. New Elevator! New paint exterior & interior. New FLOORS between elevator and inside the unit. No standing in lines at a front desk as no check-in/check out needed, we strive to get you in your unit quickly and on to having FUN! Owners handle everything prior to check-in date. Our building sits out closer to the water than our neighboring buildings, making a short walk to the beach with sounds of the waves you will love while sitting on the balcony in the new furniture or in the living room. This is a 1 bedroom recently updated beachfront condo that sleeps 6. Located right on the gulf in Orange Beach. The primary bedroom has a NEW (6/2024) PLUSH King-sized mattress, 5 drawer chest, 2024 new framed flat-screen SMART Samsung tv, and a spacious closet. 2 bunk beds, with new mattress. Sofa bed has comfy new mattress. Our condo has a panoramic view from a spacious balcony on the 5th floor. You will enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony or sitting in the living room. This unit has a complete kitchen, Breakfast bar with 3 stools, and a table for five. 2024 new XL Air Fryer! The bathroom has been updated with a new vanity and granite top with a walk-in tiled shower. It has a full New washer and dryer to make your stay better. 2 Coffee pots, one is a Keurig, the other is full size Cuisinart. Comes with a new blow dryer. The fridge does have an ice maker. We provide 2 kitchen trash bags, 2 pods for washing, dryer sheets, 2 pods for the New (2025) dishwasher and 2 rolls of paper towels & toilet tissue to help you settle in quickly without having to run to the market. Salt & Pepper provided. Nice restaurants just across the street.

There is also Free wireless internet; come enjoy your stay and relax!!!

*Please note: Four Winds is a Smoke-Free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, and common areas. No Smoking is allowed within 25 feet of the building.

No PETS allowed per BUILDING POLICY. Security will ask you to vacate the property if a pet is on the property. We love pets but please comply with the policy so you can enjoy your stay.

Beautiful condo with all the comforts of home. Well stocked and very well decorated. The balcony and furniture we definitely put to great use as that is where we were when not on the beach. The ease of entering the property along with the very accessible elevators made check-in/check-out extremely easy. Communication was great from the owners and the details of the checkout process were very easy. i highly recommend this unit for a couple or family with small children.

This condo was exactly as pictured and described! It was nicely decorated and had all the amenities you needed. The view from the balcony was great and we saw dolphins every morning. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had to reschedule due to a family emergency in June within 24 hours of our reservation. Gayla was so understanding and easy to work with on rescheduling our trip so we wouldn’t lose our money. The condo was perfect. Clean and comfortable. I highly recommend them. We will definitely stay again.

Waking up and stepping out onto the private balcony each morning was a favorite part of our trip. The view alone made the stay feel relaxing and worth it!! The property was perfect!!! We planned our beach trip a month ago and I am very pleased that we found this condo!!! It was perfectly priced, wonderfully cleaned, had everything we needed, the pictures and the write up were accurate, the unit is well cared for and well maintained! The balcony with the ocean view is breathtaking and I saw dolphins most days! It’s what this land lock girl needed!! I miss my ocean! Our hosts answered my questions immediately and were kind and gracious! Would definitely stay again! Also, l love the location of this condo; very convenient to everything! We love coming to Alabama and when we decided a month ago that we needed a beach trip we are so happy it all worked out perfectly and came together for us! If you are thinking about this condo, I’d grab it before someone else does!!!

Check in/check out process is a breeze. We didn’t need to contact anyone while on our stay, but Rick and Gayla were very responsive and made themselves available prior to our trip. Adorably decorated condo. Great view of the beach; we enjoyed the sunsets and sunrises. Short walk to the beach with a convenient boardwalk. Small complex, so the pool was not packed with people, which was really nice. The owners provided beach towels and one beach chair, so we were able to pack a little lighter. Lots to do in the surrounding area with our 1.5 year old. We went to a local playground, visited a coastal arts area, enjoyed local coffee shops/restaurants, attended library story time, played mini golf, and more. This was our first solo vacation as family of 3, and we had a great time. We would definitely book this condo again for future stays.

This was our first time to Orange Beach and we spent 4 nights here and it was wonderful! It was perfectly clean, a great location, king size bed, walk-in shower, an amazing balcony. We loved that it was a smaller building so there was virtually no noise and very easy, convenient parking. The owner even checked in on us through VRBO message to make sure we weren’t having any issues. We would absolutely stay here again.
