Beautiful ocean front condo in Sea Vista with everything you need. We love SPI and Sea Vista. We have stayed in many units in Sea Vista and this is our favorite. It had plenty of kitchen items, beach towels, chairs, toys. The owner was very responsive. Next time we are in SPI, we will book this condo.

The condo is clean, fully furnished, and the view is amazing. The host responds very quickly. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but we loved our stay. The pools are clean and weren’t packed. I would recommend and would definitely cook again. Price was up there (Labor Day weekend) they all go up. But that happens to be my daughter bday so we booked anyways. You only turn 18 once!Suggestions on adventures, we recommend parasailing and doing the horseback riding on the beach!!! Both 10/10. Louies restaurant at the upstairs bar was our favorite food. They have amazing daily food specials and much cheaper than eating downstairs. Can look out windows for same view in the air conditioner!Parking sucks but that is no fault of the hosts. That literally is the only complaint I have besides elevator going out and not being able to reach anyone that runs the property.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Vista! Everything went extremely well and the views of the gulf were spectacular. The condo was stocked with everything we needed including a separate closet filled with all your beach supplies. The location is at the far south end of the island and does offer a good deal of privacy with the gated entrance and beautiful (heated) pool area. Our hosts (Becky & Mark) were great and promptly got back to us with any questions we had. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was in a great location with beautiful views of the beach and the Gulf sunrise! It was clean, smelled great, and had everything you may need. Communication with the host was fantastic and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
