This 2BR/2BA BEACHFRONT condo is ideally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and nearby Lighthouse Park.

The living area is soft blue with comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV and a furnished beachfront deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen with Gulf views has all standard appliances and a shaded balcony looking toward the community swimming pool. The coffee maker is a 12 cup drip with a single cup drip option.

Upstairs is a calmly hued beachfront master bedroom with Queen bed and beach views with private balcony overlooking the Gulf. This master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.

Across the hall, a second bedroom in teal offers 2 Full/Double beds to sleep a total of 4 guests The second bathroom with shower and laundry center is located between these two bedrooms.

Tile floors throughout the main living space with brand-new carpeted bedrooms, there are 12 stairs to reach the main living area and another 12 stairs to reach the bedroom level.

The Villas of St. George complex has 42 units. The community offers use of a large community swimming pool with outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grilling area, fish cleaning station and beach boardwalk. Centrally located, you will have easy access to the center of St. George Island where area businesses and restaurants are located!

Parking is available for vehicle parking only; boats, trailers and RVs are not allowed. Please note, parking is not assigned but parking passes are required (provided by management).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, had everything you would need except I would recommend leaving one extra roll of toilet paper for a week long stay. We had a great stay! The condo was very clean & well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, also. The location can't be surpassed & we enjoyed the view of the Gulf of America. It was nice to have to pool to relax by, in addition to having the beach so near.

We loved the beach view especial upstairs balcony with the longe chairs. The decor was beautiful every little detail.appreciated the beach equipment credit. The only thing we would say we had an issue with the tv couldn’t get cable and the streaming pls lagged awfully. SGI atmosphere so peaceful and laid back

This property was great. We saw dolphins everyday, often several times a day. The community is quiet and walkable/bikeable. The beach outside the villa was very nice. The check-out requirements were pretty minimal. The pool was nice, although chilly at this time of year. (Not heated.) As others have mentioned, there are lots of stairs in the unit, but it did not diminish our enjoyment of the property. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was really nice to have two separate bedrooms and two baths as well as laundry.

The property itself was gorgeous, clean, and updated.Pros: Right on the beachAmazing soundproofing from neighborsClose to all the shops and restaurantsPeaceful and QuietBreathtaking viewsLots of birds, lizards, frogs, etc right outsideCons: Not Listed was the 12 steep stairs when you immediately walk in and the next 12 steep stairs to reach any of the bathrooms. Do not rent if you can’t do stairs!!No place to store your bikes except a bike rack by the dumpster. We would have never rented bikes with our credit had we known this!You get 1 roll of tp per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels no matter how long the stay. So, be prepared to purchase more at the store.The pool was sooo dirty! It was covered in dirt and bugs each time we went to swim and it didn’t even rain while we were there.Overall it was a pleasant experience, but the rental itself could have been better advertised in the listing and there needed to be something to let renters of this property know that the bike rental credit, that must be used prior to checking in and seeing the place, was going to be used for bikes you had to chain to a questionable rack that was exposed to the elements.

The customer service with Forgotten Shores was excellent. We had a few hiccups and Jamie was super kind and helpful. We didn’t realize it had 2 levels of tile steep steps. One flight as soon as you walk in and another set up to the bedrooms. It had a faint odor - not sure what it was. Beautifully decorated, excellent quality furniture inside and out. Overall, it is a nice place but the odor was bothersome.

Wonderful!

Loved our stay in this condo on the beach! It’s perfectly located right on the Gulf, very clean, and in a cute little neighborhood. St. George is very easy to get around, as many attractions are within walking distance. Also, there’s a great bike path on the island that we were able to enjoy with the bikes we rented. We would definitely recommend staying here!
