Upon entering, you will be greeted by a large grand room where you will enjoy quality time with your whole family together all in one big open space. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated coffee bar for your early morning pick me up. A large dining table allows for comfortable seating and meaningful conversations.

@Chipeta.Cabana is postured high on a hill and at the end of a quiet cul de sac giving you isolation and serenity. It is also centrally located whether you are going to the lake, trails or any of Lake Havasu's events. The house is only 2 miles north of London Bridge.

We enjoyed our stay. Sitting on the patio and watching the launch of the SpaceX satellite in the distance was awesome. The sunsets were wonderful. It is a very quiet place, close access to the lake with nearby restaurants and eateries. Good place to just relax.

Great place for big group!

We had a blast there. The house is located at a very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for big group as there is enough space for everybody. 8mins from the London Bridge so you don’t really need a car around to get anywhere.

Nikola and her group were respectful of our home and rules. One week prior to arrival, she wanted to cancel because her entire group wasn't able to make it. We were able to come up with a mutual agreement so that she can still visit with her remaining group. We're glad she made it to @chipeta.cabana.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

This entire trip was amazing and it all started with our stay in the chipeta_cabana. Everything from booking to interactions with our hosts to checking and our entire stay to check out was perfect! This trip was a year in the planning for us and actually nearly a lifetime in the making and it truly was the trip of a lifetime. We will be making return trip to this beautiful home and city as soon as we possible 💕

The perfect view

House is well cleaned, beds are comfortable. It has all necessities for a vacation. Kids enjoyed the pool but would of loved to get in the jacuzzi but it takes a long time time to warm up. Other than it’s a great home with a perfect view.

Leelee was pretty amazing with communication. We arrived at 2am, we had a question, sent an email and Leelee responded right away. This was an adult only trip but and we would definitely stay here again with our kiddos. Perfect spot for families especially with teenagers to have some separation. The house was just as described with only one remark.... In Order to get to the family suite with bunk beds you must go through one of the rooms with a queen bed, not a big deal but good to know. The ice maker is a huge plus too. Thanks for everything Leelee

Family Friendly Cute Home

We picked this home for it’s beautiful decor, the amount of rooms, and ability to park 2 boat in the driveway. We loved our stay here. Hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had questions/issues. We were able to park our two boats and 3 vehicles in the driveway. It has a great location in town. Only things to note before booking. The big room in the front that faces the pool does not have a door, just a curtain. Also, the one queen room leads into the double bunk bed rooms. This worked for us since we had 4 kids so they all just stayed in that area and had their own bathroom and games. Overall it was great!

Love Lake Havasu

Great owner communication and this property delivers, with a lovely decoré along with an amazing view and plenty of room to socially gather and retreat for some R & R. The Family suite was perfect for the teens and the pool offers hours of fun!! The Black-walled bedroom and panoramic view is a show stopper!! It is sure to please and worth visiting again.

Amazing stay near the lake!

The property was clean and ready on arrival. My family had a blast enjoying the pool and the outdoor area near the grill. There was a lot of space to fit two small families which was great! Amenities were accurate all throughout the property. Also, the communication with the property owner was always positive as they would check up if we had any questions or concerns, they also gave recommendations for things to do in the area. I 100% recommend this property for a wonderful weekend at the lake.

We have been together for over 2 decades and enjoy traveling, being active and spending quality time together. Our family is now grown to include 4 kids who all have joined in on our fun!

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting the river prior to having kids. Within the last few years, Lake Havasu has been on repeat and we found it fitting to call it our vacation home. With lake views and being so close to the water, we chose to renovate this large family friendly house to enjoy the views from afar and on the water.
