Just a short two-block walk from a quiet, uncrowded beach, this private three-bedroom retreat is designed for families to relax, play and feel completely at home.

The highlight is your private back deck and fenced yard. Relax together in the swim spa, enjoy the hammocks and fire pit, share a meal at the outdoor table or play horseshoes, Spikeball and other family games. Children have room to play, and dogs can safely enjoy the fenced yard. Nothing in your rental or outdoor area is shared with the neighboring duplex unit.

Inside, comfortable beds and reclining leather sofas make it easy to settle in. The living room features a large Roku TV and dining space for six. Kids and adults can enjoy the small pool table, board games and classic Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga arcade games.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed, 55-inch Roku TV, books, USB charging outlets and a massage chair for total relaxation. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and Roku TV. The third bedroom includes a twin trundle bed and pullout sofa, making it a fun and flexible space for children or additional guests.

The kitchen is equipped for easy family meals and includes a coffee and tea bar and a waffle maker for relaxed vacation mornings.

We also provide an exceptional collection of complimentary outdoor gear, including cruiser bikes, children’s bikes, six foam surfboards, boogie boards, fishing rods, paddleboards, a single kayak, a two-person kayak and inflatable kayaks. Simple transport systems make it easier to take the equipment two blocks to the ocean or Banana River.

The beach has no high-rises, only natural dunes, beautiful homes and plenty of room to breathe. The Banana River is also two blocks away, with a nearby dock that is perfect for fishing and enjoying the water. Downtown Cocoa Beach, restaurants, shops and ice cream are just a short drive or bike ride away.

This home is one private side of a duplex with its own entrance, designated parking, private deck and fully fenced outdoor area. Whether you you spend your days surfing, kayaking and exploring or simply relaxing in the swim spa while the kids play nearby, we have thoughtfully included the little things that make a family getaway feel easy, comfortable and memorable.

Brian was amazing with communication. You literally cannot ask for a better location. The beach is a 5 minute walk and downtown about 10-15 min walk. Kennedy Space Center was a quick drive and Epic Universe an hour away. Covers everything you’d love to do!

We stayed here as part of our daughter’s 18th‑birthday trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The beach was just a short walk away, and the property had everything we needed for a perfect beach day — chairs, umbrellas, toys, and all the little extras that make things easy.The large hot tub was an especially great feature. We used it several times throughout our stay, and the kids loved relaxing in it in the evenings. The location was also fantastic, with shops, bars, and restaurants all very close by. We even took a couple of the cruiser bikes out one evening to explore the downtown area, which was a fun bonus.Having three bedrooms was amazing and made the stay incredibly comfortable — truly great value for the price. The host’s communication was excellent as well; they provided all the information we needed and were very easy to work with. The kids also enjoyed the games and mini‑golf setup, which gave them plenty to do during downtime.Overall, it was a great stay and a memorable trip for our family.

Great beach bungalow -- just book it already! Two blocks from beach, places to eat and the Banana River. Beach chairs, umbrella, boards, towels, carts to make the haul easier.... All there for you to use. Bikes make it fun to get around as there are sidewalks all over. Plenty of bikes to pick from which made our stay great for a teenage daughter that likes to explore. Awesome place for young kids as there is a putting green, small hot tub and games! Comfortable beds and plenty of space for my small family. Fenced in yard and pet friendly was a win for us! Plenty of things to stay entertained, relax and renew. Host was exceptional with communication and let us check in early and even told us we could check out later than planned...which was a win!! Space launches can be watched from the beach which is fun. Great place to make memories and spend quality time together!

Nice location for the Surfing Santa’s and coconuts on the beach bar and restaurant . The family loved the Pac-Man game console and various other table games provided. We played a little yard mini golf and mini pool table game too. The swing and hammock with the fenced-in outside yard were an extra bonus. We even took a little bike ride and rode a few waves on the surfboard..super nice to have access to fun things to do.

Absolutely loved the place. It was close to everything we wanted to go check out. A few things were within walking distance. Which was a plus. They had everything you might need ready and available to use. Our dogs loved the backyard. I would highly recommend staying here. I would like to come back again if at all possible!

My family and I loved this place! It was filled with things to keep us busy to include surf boards and beach supplies which saved us a ton! It was located near a lot of the restaurants and a grocery store. However, for a family of 8 with a dog the space was a little small.

Great beach house in a quiet area!

We loved the proximity to the beach and downtown Cocoa, while enjoying a nice, quiet neighborhood. The amenities were great and my kids had a blast playing arcade games and ping pong.

Cocoa Beach vacation.

Stayed here almost two weeks with no problems. Loved the screened porch and short walk to beach.Property was clean and located in a safe area. Many types and styles of restaurants super close.I would stay there again with no hesitation.

A week in Cocoa

We really enjoyed our time at Hammock Hideaway, and made use of most of the features that the property offered.Our favorite time was at the beach and eating together as a family. We visited the beach everyday, as it was a two block walk. We were fortunate to catch a Falcon-9 launch.The property owner was very responsive and helpful.

We purchased this duplex with my parents as a place for our family to enjoy and as a peaceful retreat for people connected with our nonprofit work.

After my only brother passed away in 2014, the sunshine, warmth and beauty of Cocoa Beach brought our family comfort and helped make Florida feel like home. My wife, our three children and I have come to deeply value places where people can rest, reconnect and experience joy together.

That same love for people guides our nonprofit, People Bridge. We equip local leaders around the world to help families experiencing poverty build businesses, create income and save for their futures. We believe in serving people with dignity and living out our faith in practical ways.

In an increasingly digital world, we believe relationships still matter most. Whether we’re serving internationally, welcoming guests or sharing a good conversation with a friend, our goal is simple: help people feel valued, create a little joy and make the most of this short life we’ve been given.
