Second time staying at this property - very comfortable, well-appointed tiny homes. Clean and new. Close to Ohio University in a beautiful rural environment - will definitely stay again

We stayed here for our 25 wedding anniversary. Nice drive to Hocking hills trails. We loved this private tiny home. Great place to kick back after a great walk. Very clean, and had everything we needed. Thank you so much for some great memories.

We are so glad you enjoyed your anniversary! We look forward to having you visit again in the future!
We had a great view and enjoyed everything about this rental. The hosts were super responsive. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was great. The location is great because you are out of town enough to see the stars but close enough that the drive feels super short. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away into nature for a while.

Thank you so much for your stay and awesome review! We look forward to seeing you again in the future!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful tiny home! Enjoyed fishing at the pond, caught quite a few bass! Only downfall was the bedding was not clean, human black hair all over the sheets on both the bed & pull out and odd stains that could have been easily washed out if washed on the pillow cases. Overall a quiet peaceful place for a getaway.

Oh mercy!! That is not our standard at all! We are so sorry that you had this experience and wish you would have let us know so that we could rectify the situation immediately. I do question if you used the fresh linens that our provided in the closet for the pull out sofa? Or were you referring to the mattress cover that would have already been on the bed? Please do not hesitate to let us know if you ever have any issues in the future as we consistently strive to make all our guests feel like they had a 5 star stay!
We really enjoyed this peaceful country stay just 7 miles from Ohio University! We sat and listened to the birds singing on the lovely back porch. It was so cute and because it has a separate bedroom, it really worked well for my night owl husband and me being an early riser. So much better than a hotel room!!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We look forward to seeing you again soon!
The property was extremely clean and perfectly sized for 4 of us visiting our son at Ohio University. It was about a 15 minute drive from OU out into the peaceful, private countryside. Finding it for the first time at night was a bit tricky but really not a huge problem. Everything we needed was there. We will definitely stay again!

When driving up, we noticed immediately that the grounds are well kept. The signage is very helpful finding your place. I loved that the porches did not face eachother, even with all 4 tiny homes occupied it felt like we were the only people there. We did drive up to Hocking Hills which was a little further than I initially thought, but the scenery was nice along with lots of shops along the way. We enjoyed the pond as well, and fished. The interior of the property is very clean, smelled nice & was very inviting. Would definitely recommend these tiny homes/cottages.

Great place for a short anniversary trip to Athens! My girlfriend and I both loved it. The only issue we had was originally finding the house, the signs are hard to see once the sun goes down. But everything else was great!

Thank you for your insight! We will look into making that a little easier for guests at night! Hope to see you back again soon!
The house was very cute inside and the fire pit and chairs looked very relaxing. Too bad it rained or we would have spent the evening out there. The location is perfect for stargazing, with near zero light pollution and listening to the early morning birds is delightful. Thank you for the hard work that has been put into this house.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We are so thankful you enjoyed yourself! Come back and see us soon!
My significant other and I have rented approximately 5 cabins in the Athens County / Hocking Hills area so far this spring. This mini house was by far the most comfortable, clean, bug free, and overall enjoyable experience to date. We will be returning hopefully for the fall to experience the changing of the leaves, If not sooner.

So very sweet! Thank you for your kind review! Hope to see you back soon!
Beautiful tiny home. Quiet area with a large patio that faces the woods! (Khyla) p we deft size for my mom and I. Had all of the amenities that we needed! The only con I would give that is fixable is that the bed had someone else’s hair all over the fitted sheet and pillows that were on the side near the wall. This con did not ruin our trip at all! Thank you for this beautiful, safe and quiet place to enjoy time with my mom for her 70th birthday!

We are so terribly sorry you found our home anything less than perfect. That certainly is not our standard. We were unaware of the "king bed" and immediately adjusted it. Thank you for visiting with us and giving us constructive criticism. That gives us an opportunity to grow and do better in the future. We hope to see you again so that you may see the changes we have made!
This tiny home is fresh and tidy. The deck was nice to sit on at night. The fan in the bedroom was nice at night. We did lose power for a couple hours during our second night. But we were able to open the window in the bedroom to some cool air. My only suggestion would be to think about getting a full length mirror. Host was very responsive. A great stay overall.

Very clean and comfortable (except for the mattress on the foldaway couch bed which was a little dirty and very uncomfortable). The couch as couch slept better than the mattress. Otherwise, new and clean. Caught three 2-pound largemouth bass in the pond. Overall, a great spot. Twisty and windy a little getting there. not overall, worth it.

Wow! We are terribly sorry you did not find your stay completely satisfactory. Unfortunately the pull out sofa has to be thin in order for it to fold up and stow away. However, we may be able to come up with an extra pad to store in the closet along with the extra bedding that may help. We appreciate all feedback as it is an opportunity to grow and get better.
