The kitchen has a gorgeous tile backsplash, brand new stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets. The dining area seats 6, plus 4 more at the bar. Each room has their own TV. The primary bedroom has a plush king size bed and a sliding glass door to the balcony, perfect for falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and waking up to the fresh salty air. The primary suite also has a private bath with a roomy walk-in shower. The first guest room has a queen size bed and private access to the second bathroom. The third guest room has 2 full size beds, perfect for kids. There is an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience.

Phoenix VI has so many amazing amenities including a beachfront out-door pool, three hot tubs, kiddie pool, racquetball court, lighted tennis courts, fitness center, restroom facilities at the pool with showers and sauna, BBQ Grill area, covered parking, on-site security, beach chair rentals, and much more! All floors are accessible by elevator with little wait time as there are 4 elevators.
