The host was prompt in her communication and the studio apartment was conveniently located near downtown (very close to Novel ice cream). Check in was smooth. The apartment had all the amenities except the dishwasher. Also, the washer and the dryer are towards the back as clearly mentioned in the listing. Would recommend for a short stay in Phoenix.

Unfortunately, I was not able to stay in the property this weekend. Due to a new booking system, the unit was accidentally double booked. HOWEVER, the way in which the situation was handled speaks volumes regarding the integrity and nature of the property owners. I was contacted regarding the issue and placed in a hotel that was near my travel destination. Thank you for your excellent customer service. The location was easy to access by car and very near downtown and encanto golf course.There were 8 similar units, all newly built or remodeled. Parking was easy safe and convenient. Comfortable bed. Big tv with streaming options. New kitchen. Host provided keurig coffee. I didn’t understand the access process but that was my fault and the host responded immediately and walked me through it. I couldn’t have been happier with my stay.
