The host was very kind and accomodating. The rental is located on a quiet, safe and beautiful property. This is one of the best kept and clean properties we've rented. It is obvious the owners take pride in their home. Would definitely choose this property when in the Indy area.

The room was cute and very clean. The only issue with the room is that it shares a bathroom with the other unit. It's not a huge deal but something maybe I missed in the description, and something we'd have preferred to have known prior to the stay. Excellent host, great room. We would recommend it.

We do want to clarify for future guests that the listing explains the bathroom arrangement in the description. There is one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination on the private floor. When only one of the two units is rented, the bathroom is not shared; when both units are occupied, the bathroom is shared between those two units. For guests who prefer a completely private bathroom with no possibility of sharing, we also offer Fox Knoll Woodland Hideaway listing, where guests can rent the entire floor, which sleeps up to four. We’re sorry this was a detail you had not noticed in the description prior to your stay. We always try to make absolutely sure our guests have a clear understanding of the accommodations before they arrive, with no surprises, and that the property is exactly as described. That is so important to us, both as hosts and when we are guests ourselves. We truly enjoyed having you as our guests, and appreciate you choosing to stay with us and for your feedback. We would be delighted to have you back to stay with us anytime you come back to the area!

We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend! The property was exceptionally clean, very quiet, and located in a safe, peaceful neighborhood. The entire place was beautifully decorated and had a very cute, welcoming charm to it.Parking was incredibly convenient and located very close to the entrance, which made loading and unloading our bags a breeze. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially for a holiday weekend.Our host was absolutely fantastic—super friendly, incredibly helpful, and provided excellent local restaurant recommendations that really made our trip special. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely and comfortable property

We stayed at Fox Knoll while visiting our child at Butler. The property was clean and comfortable and Sandra is delightful. The location was convenient to everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again!

Home away from home

I stayed here while I was taking the bar exam and this was like a home away from home. Such a quiet and peaceful atmosphere and I was greeted with thoughtfulness and care over my stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Best stay

Hostess was very hospitable. She provided recommendations in the local area, checked in w me to make sure all was well, and her husband even helped remove snow from my car. They went over and above. The room was clean, bed comfortable, house so quite, great location. Would definitely stay there again if I am ever in that area again.

Lovely home with welcoming hosts

I recently stayed at Fox Knoll for an extended weekend. It was perfect for me. Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to amenities in northern Indy. Sandra is a great host and made sure I had everything to ensure my stay was comfortable. I will happily return if I am back in Indy.
