Location, location, location! This spacious ocean front property has unbelievably magnificent, peaceful, and breathtaking direct views of the white sand beach, fresh salty air, and pristine, aqua color waters of the Atlantic Ocean for you to enjoy right from the deck and/or balcony and offers a private beach access, fun for the whole family, and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and more! Main level features a hall, ½ bath, open concept bright, two-story living room with wall of windows (beach front!), kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and two private rooms with closets and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Upstairs: two private bedrooms with full baths and queen beds (one of these bedrooms has a private balcony to enjoy the direct views of the Atlantic Ocean, sunrises/sunsets, and, of course, dolphins when they are cruising the shoreline. This duplex has undergone extensive renovations in the last few years (TREX deck, impact windows, sliding doors, entry door, Hardie planks siding, electrical panels inside, HVACs/A/Cs with UV-light that kills microorganisms like bacteria, viruses, and protozoa, outside shower rooms, roof, cement fascia, soffits, gutters, etc. new panoramic windows on the ocean side, washer/dryer combo, partial flooring, and new water heater). Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. Everything was well maintained, in a perfect location, and the owner was very attentive. And you could not beat the view from that back deck! We would definitely choose to stay at this location again in the future.

Effortless and Relaxing

We were right on the beach so it was easy to walk right out the sliding glass doors onto the beautiful trex deck to the sandy beach. There was a handy water house and outdoor shower. It was also really nice that we didn't have to worry about bringing bed linens, bath towels, toilet paper or paper towels.

Fantastic however, no shampoo or soap in bathrooms. No washer detergent. Check out at 9am is way too early. Not enough beach shade umbrelkas or lounger chairs.

(+)promptly responsive owners, Norman and Tatiana. good location on the island: easy access to groceries. easy access to the beach. kid friendly toys, babygate, pakandplay, trundle beds, plasticware. private outdoor shower. 5 parking spots for all your friends. (-)would be v e r y cozy with any more than six adults on a rainy day. shared walkway, grill and common interior wall with adjacent unit. low wow/$$ ratio. errors: 11 people in 1456 sf will not sleep comfortably. no icemaker. featured view is south not east.

Dear renter, 1. shared walkway and common walls are visible on the pictures and in the descriptions (W and E units) and it is stated in the description "DUPLEX." 2. our max capacity is 10 people, not 11, so you violated our rules... I will be contacting the Vrbo about that. 3. icemaker is not listed/promised to our guests anywhere; if you wish to have any additional items at any rentals, it would be fair to bring those with you! 4. units are not names IAW "featured views" but cardinal directions; In addition, it is always a great idea to ask all your questions prior to making reservations to avoid any disappointments based on your assumptions. Hosts can not be responsible for your assumptions. Hope it helps!
