Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Close to everything you'll want to do in the Rockport area with a fully furnished kitchen, spacious living and dining area and room to park your boat trailer. Please note the two bedrooms upstairs are a loft type setup with individual rooms but they do not have doors. For your safety, this property features an outdoor security camera located on the northeast corner of the property. The camera is active and explicitly faces the front gate to monitor the main entrance area.

They were very gracious hosts and accomadated a few things for me. The home was very clean, modern decor with a HUGE TV in living room. Great location, 2 miles from the beach. Pet friendly was a must have. I can't recommend this property enough....great hosts, great home, great beach town.

Great short drive to wine festival.

We enjoyed the hot tub and the amenities the property had to offer. It was a short drive to the wine festival and will be booking again next year.

Great Rental!

Brought the family down to Rockport for a weekend away and a little deep sea run on Sunday. House was great and filled our needs nicely. We loved having the large, fenced-in yard to let our pups run. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and was very gracious in allowing us a late check-out on Sunday after our fishing trip.We enjoyed our stay!

Exceeded our expectations!

This was the first time we had to find a rental for a semi long term- the whole family (wife and i and 4 kids aged 2-10)stayed for a whole month for my job. Right when we got to the house- it was bigger than the pictures made it seem. Has a very nice sized, fully fenced in yard. Outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a wonderful hot tub on the roomy back porch. The house has windows everywhere- the natural light is absolutely wonderful, and will be something we will truly miss. The rooms are nice- we were able to have all of our kids(except the baby) upstairs, while we had the downstairs master. The house has great water pressure, and the hot water comes almost instant, and lasts a long time. Kitchen had basically all the untensils and things you could need. Couches and beds were super comfortable, and they had plenty of extra bed linens and things if needed. House is in a great spot- nice quiet neighborhood, and is rather close to wverything. Rockport beach and walmart is within 5-10 mins away. Definitely a 10/10, and will 100% stay here again if we come back to the area.
