We rented this property for a girls weekend (7 of us). The house was spacious, clean, and great location. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend!Our only complaints were the hot tub was not hot, and it took us a minute to figure out there were blinds for the living room.

We really enjoyed our girls trip to this Sedona property. The house was just as advertised and very close to everything we wanted to do! The pool was an awesome bonus on the hot afternoons!

We rented this property for 6 adults (my wife and I and our two adult children and their significant others) as our home base in Sedona for an 8 day stay. Could not have been happier with the house, amenities, and location! We did lots of hiking, site-seeing, and day trips but still spent lots of time at the house using the pool, hot tub and deck. We cooked several dinners using the huge deck grill and well equipped kitchen. The scenery from the main room was unbelievable and especially at sunrise and sunset.....but also after dark for star gazing. The location being walking distance to uptown Sedona was great as well. Just an overall great experience and would certainly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property with amazing views and being near the uptown shops and restaurants was a plus. Excellent communication with the management company when we had a question or problem. There were 6 adults and 3 children in our group and the house was perfect for us. Pool is smaller than it looks in pictures but a nice size for our size group.

Our family of six loved the stay (kids ages 5. 9, 11, and 12). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was the most stocked of any VRBO we have stayed at (made cooking meals for the family really easy)Close to town and great. Pool is a little smaller than what pictures indicated, but our kids and family loved it all the same. Highly recommend!!!

This place was perfect. Easy walk to downtown, can walk to pink jeep tour location, house was perfect with pool and hot tub. About 10-20 min drive to all the hikes we did. Owner very responsive to questions. House was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Sedona. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This was a fabulous house for 3 friends to stay in for a destination weekend in Sedona. We really enjoyed the cozy family seating area with spectacular views for chatting and coffee in the mornings, and made use of the hot tub every evening. Hosts answered the phone right away when we had to call with a question regarding entry, and were very polite and helpful.

Pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of towels and linens. Location is great, walking distance to uptown Sedona. Overall, location is within 8 miles of dozens of activities and eating establishments. A few things with the house, master bedroom ceiling/fan light did not work, I had to use my own YouTube TV as the provided subscription did not work, lower level shower floor is slippery and needs a mat, washer only has hot water (not working correctly), sounds on upper floor when AC is running, get rid of the telescope as you can't see anything at night. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.
