this home to be very conveniently located to beaches

My family had a great visit to PSJ and found this home to be very conveniently located to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The host responded quickly to any questions we had and made sure we had all the information needed prior to check in so we could start the weekend off easily without issue.

The neighborhood is so great. My 5 year old had the best time riding her bike to the pool and the bar and restaurant walking distance were so good. The minor issues we had were addressed quickly and resolved.

This is our third time spending Spring Break as a family within Windmark Community, but our first time at this house. As always, we enjoyed our stay and it was just as described. Great family vacation, wonderful communication from the host Ash, and we would highly recommend to others.

What a great vacation we had in Port St Joe!

The house was perfect and very convenient to the beach and pool. Ash was very responsive and helpful. Lots of extras in the house for the beach. Loved having the golf cart to help with carrying everything back and forth. This was my first time visiting this area and we will definitely be coming back.

We had everything we needed!

Nice, clean, spacious accommodations. We had everything we needed. We could hear road noise from the back porch and master bedroom but it wasn't disruptive. Close to great restaurants. Loved Windmark community--Patrick at the social bar made our trip! He was so accommodating, customer oriented and friendly.

Great property, location is fantastic really close to pool and beach. Community is nice and wellmaintained. Loved the few shops for snacks, pizza or a drink. Ash was extremely nice and very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

We loved it!

This is our 4th time staying in wind mark beach , but our first time at this house . We loved it , kids said it was their favorite house . The home had everything we could need for 2 families (5 kids total) and the space felt big enough . I loved that the host provided plenty of towels ! The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need . The only thing missing was a water dispenser - the one on the sink was not working . Lots of pool / beach toys and we chose to rent the golf cart . Thanks so much for creating such a nice beach house !

Nice, clean and comfortable home. One of the bikes initially did not work but a quick text to Ash was answered and the repairman showed up in about a day to fix. We appreciated the prompt and helpful communication from Ash and her group. The house is close to shops including Port St Joe shops & restaurants plus biking was fun and the beach is very nice. All in all a very nice vacation!We would recommend it!
