The house was fantastic. The game room was a huge hit. The kitchen was very well equipped. I didn't expect to find a full set of measuring cups! That was so helpful. The pool and hot tub we a great combination for the warm and cool fall weather. The back deck was so nice with a variety of areas for playing, eating, or just relaxing. The hosts were quick to respond. The check in was the smoothest I've ever experienced. I'll keep this property on my favorites list.
We enjoyed the house. I celebrated my 70th birthday there with my kids and their families. Something for all age groups, The gameroom in the garage was their favorite place to be. We would return. Becky
We had a lovely time. The check in and out process went smoothly. The rooms were nice. Neighborhood was quiet. Amenities were great. Would stay here again if I end up back in Bella Vista.
Very clean, incredibly organized and well supplied home in beautiful Bella Vista. Had our family Thanksgiving dinner at the home and it had everything we could have needed, especially pans for cookings. Pool table and shuffle board were favorites for the kids. Would definitely stay again.
Great modern place that was super clean and well equipped in a nice quiet neighborhood. Actually, I think we saw more deer than people around the neighborhood. Very close to the back 40 trail and just a short drive to all the other trail systems that the area is so well know for.
Overall house was as listed. It would have been 5/5, but there were three items that need some work. The pots and pans were very worn and scratched. They have the Teflon bottoms and we went out and bought a pan because we didn’t feel comfortable using them. I would also say the weeds i the back yard next to the deck need to cut back. Last, there are nails and screws coming out of the deck boards that you can cut your foot on. All very minor items. We had a great time and the property managers were very communicated well. If those three items were corrected, I would give it a 5.

Nice but tricked
everything was good except the pool table was broken when we got there and it was one of the reasons we rented the house. When I called they said they'd come look and then I never heard back. The house should have been cheaper because of this. I feel like I was duped. There is no way they didn't know this table was broken.
We had a wonderful 3 day weekend here! The house and everything in it is basically brand new and in immaculate condition. It was really hot while we were there so we didn't use the jacuzzi but we certainly enjoyed hanging out on the deck.
Communication was great, the neighborhood is quiet, and there is quick access to all the activities in Bella Vista and NWA in general.
