Literally the best place to stay! The condo was perfect for my husband and me. We were within walking distance of everything in Bar Harbor and an easy drive to Acadia. The bikes were a great perk! We were able to bike to Acadia and ride around which was so fun. Jay was a great host - we would 100% come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay!
We had an amazing stay at One Eden! The property is perfectly located just off the main street in Bar Harbor. We parked the car and rarely had to use it again during our stay! The space has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bedding and linens. We did not need to use the office space, but that was well set up if needed. The e-bikes were an incredible added benefit! We were able to cruise around the entire park while avoiding car traffic. Jay has done an excellent job cultivating this space and keeping it updated. You can tell the care that has gone into it’s creation.Would stay here again in a heart beat! Hope to be back soon!
Good communication with host. Condo is conveniently located near Bar Harbor’s shops and restaurants, easy walking distance. The condo was small, but comfortable, with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.
Stayed here while celebrating our engagement in Bar Harbor/ Acadia. Great communication from the host, perfect location, and all the amenities that you would need while staying in Bar Harbor. Will be back again!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The property was very clean. The location was perfect! Super short walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay here again!
What a great place to stay right downtown! It was so nice to leave our car and walk to everything! The apartment was well appointed and organized and provided us a quiet place to rest after our busy days exploring.
It was just a great spot centrally located right in downtown Bar Harbor. Phenomenal TV and sound system would recommend to anybody and especially that the owner was a former veteran of the arm services and contributes all our part of the rent to friends of Acadia. We will definitely be going back.
Perfect for the week we spent in Bar Harbor. The location is excellent - a short 5 minute walk to downtown and no need to fight for the limited parking in Bar Harbor.
It's small but has it all! We enjoyed our stay and the fact that it is tucked away within Bar Harbor was a plus. We took the buses to Acadia and hiked beehive and around. The e-bikes were fun and made the carriage roads easier. We cannot say enough about how nice everything was.
We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the luxurious comfort of the condo. The porch and grill was great to escape the restaurant crowds, cook in and relax. Short walks to downtown and the grocery store was a plus. Condo is super clean and the bed very comfy! Host was very helpful and welcoming--cheers to you.
The condo was perfect for us. Great location to enjoy Bar Harbor and Acadia. Jay and Nicole were quick to respond to questions I had leading up to stay and during stay.

I served on the president's Counter-Terror Task Force for over a decade, then retired in 2015. I underwent extensive medical treatment at Walter Reed, then attended Corcoran College (MA in New Media) and American University (MFA, Film). I am satisfying a lifelong dream as an environmental filmmaker. My next film will be on Acadia- see infraredcinema.com for details.
I am a former marathoner. Injuries to my spine and cervix limit my scope of activities. However I am able to swim, lift weights, bike, sea kayak, and hike with 20 pounds of cinema and audio kit on my back. I spend most of the winter with ice cleats on my boots filming on top of Acadia's mountains as well as along the eastern edge below Schoodic Head. I also launch my aerial camera from my sea kayak. Where there is beauty and risk you will find me.
Why they chose this property
No better location on all of Mount Desert Island. My condo is situated at the end of a quiet one-way non-commercial street. It takes 10 minutes or less to get to any restaurant you want. Even the supermarket is a short 6 minute walk. I love it here! And kind people too.
