Great place and a skip to the beach. Studio set up but a vaulted ceiling and outside deck makes it feel large. Can't wait to stay here again!

This location is ideal to experience Clearwater Beach. You can walk to restaurants and activities and the beach is just a few steps down the street. The home was quiet and well appointed. You can walk north and it is quiet and calm and south is all the activities you would expect at the beach. Joe contacted me before I arrived to ensure I had a smooth check-in, and after arriving to see if I had any questions or needed help with anything. He was very nice and I would return without a doubt.

The location was great. We parked the car and didn't drive it for the 7 days that we were there. Everything was within walking distance. Linens were all provided. Well stocked kitchen. We could have easily moved in. Thanks Joe, for an enjoyable week.

Great place! It had everything we needed and much more for a short weekend stay. The location was fantastic - easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Check in/out process was easy, and communication with the owner was great. Will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing week staying at Joe’s property at Clearwater Beach. Joe responded quickly to any questions we had. Everything you need for the beach is there. It is a quick walk to the beautiful beach. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach cart if you want it. The kitchen had a drip coffee maker, a Keurig and an electric tea kettle. Laundry facilities are also available which really helps. We ran into Joe several times and he was so nice. Walking distance to all the restaurants and a great deck to hang on. The area is quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to returning. Thanks so much Joe!

Excellent location and service support from host was exceptional. The unit has everything you need. Little bit of clutter, organization could go a long way. Great spot if your focus is spending time at the beach. Great short term rental space.

The property had great beach access. A lot of bug bites, the owner said maybe it was sand fleas?
