We do want to clarify that once we were notified, the pool was serviced the same day to address the concern as quickly as possible. We take your comments seriously and have already begun addressing them with our maintenance and housekeeping teams. The issues you mentioned with the kitchen surfaces, coffee maker, bathroom fixtures, shower heads, and drawers are being reviewed so they meet the standard we aim to provide. Regarding the bunk room, thank you for bringing those concerns to our attention. We have removed the bunk beds and are updating the room to make it more comfortable, better lit, and more functional. We also apologize for the laundry scent, linen quality, and housekeeping details you mentioned. A deeper property-wide cleaning has been scheduled, and we’re updating linens and products to improve the guest experience.
