Great location

Easy walk to many restaurants and close to tourist locations. My only complaint (and this is outside the property owners control) is the pool closed before 6pm and not possible to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Amazing host, great accommodations, perfect location

Jo was a wonderful host with great communication. Check-in was easy, as was parking, which was free. The location was amazing - just steps from Cocowalk and all of the shops and restaurants. View of the bay from the balcony, although not front facing, was still gorgeous! Hotel was very quiet for sleeping. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location and property

This property is a perfect spot for a vacation in south Florida. The room itself is lovely, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is delightful with lots of interesting restaurants, bakeries and shops. It was a central location for visiting Biscayne and Everglades national parks and enjoying the Miami area. We loved the neighborhood in the evening! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was extremely clean and I was impressed! The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft. The AC was cold, water pressure was great and the location was ideal. Wish there were a few extra towels. We only had 4 towels (my daughter and I liked to use 2 towels - 1 for our hair) but they were large enough for my 6’3” husband and not super thin and cheap. The location was fantastic and we would definitely stay again. The hosts were communicative and responsive.
