The stay was okay place was small but cute. Only thing that was that only one heater was able 2 be turned on at a time or the whole breaker would go out and it was very cold due to that also we were never able to locate the cooler for the bait that the welcome paper with rules said was outside so that was a fail as well but other than that it was a cool little two day stay

This is my second time here and I absolutely love it! Such a great place for a peaceful quiet fishing getaway.
Very clean accommodation , such a peaceful open area. Coffee machine , oven, microwave, medium size refrigerator/small ice box. The most amazing matress bed . Fantastic hot water , shower and faucets in the kitchen area.
We enjoyed our stay at this place. We were not there very much, but the accommodations were great for the two of us. Very cute RV and the owner was very helpful.

The place is falling apart and not as pictured. The grass is overgrown; the air conditioner was not running upon arrival (it was 80 degrees outside) and it smelled musty inside. The camper seems to be falling apart....weather stripping falling off, blinds did not work, bedroom blinds were broken and had a nasty looking brown something (blood or poop...who knows) across it. Did not stay the night; left and paid for a different place on the gulf.
All I can say is wow!! We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and would 100% book again and again. First off, the fishing of the private dock on the canal was incredible. Any time you dropped your pole in the water, you were reeling something in. Only complaints were the crab traps on site were a little dilapidated, but we brought our own so we made do, along with there was no cooler like the listing and check-in paperwork in the RV stated, so we did have to go buy one. The bed in the RV is probably one of the most comfortable we ever slept in, but be warned it is a bit high off the ground and we struggled to get in it every night (granted we are both very short, but still). Close proximity to the beach, the ICW, bait shops, and gas station and other amenities made it a convenient place to stay for our little fishing getaway! Looking forward to booking again!
The trailer and set up was very very nice but the bedroom was really small and hard to get around in. Next visit we would opt to get the larger trailer next door. Also, one small suggestion would be to hang a shade on the awning that can be let down when the sun goes down to have more shade to continue sitting outside when it is as hot as it is right now. Other than that, enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Nice RV
Nice RV, easy check in, clean. Great patio area. Has grill. NO HOSE, which would have been great to rinse out coolers et.
Crabbing was great. Fishing, not so much just a small canal, nothing big to catch.
RV was nice, could use coat hanger, not a one, Only one small saucepan, one frying pan, not enough to cook with! Could use a water pitcher. Fridge was not super cold and freezer took forever to freeze anything, 3 days for ice cube tray to freeze. Our ice cream we purchased turned to soup! No cooler as stated to keep any fish we caught. We luckily brought more than one.
AC worked well but was loud, especially in bedroom.
Not much around in Sargent, but for a fishing trip was good.
RV great for a couple. Super hot water. No wifi information, but when I called the manager they answered right away! Very well managed. Wifi is spotty, but we were able to watch some tv at night.

Thanks for your rating. My apologies on the water hose, there is one, but located on the back side of the camper so not easily seen. Unfortunately sometimes it’s difficult to keep perishable items cold in the fridge/freezer due to the outdoor heat. We will try to replace the cooler that was meant to be there, sadly it must have mistakenly been taken or misplaced. We thank you for booking with us and hope to be able to host your next visit! We appreciate your business!
Check in was easy- however upon arrival dirty male underwear were found in the bathroom. The host was contacted and a cleaning person was sent over to retrieve the dirty underwear. It only got worse. Upon taking a shower we looked up to find mold in the vent. My dad tried to open a window to let it air out and there was what only could be described as diarrhea explosion liquid on the blinds. There was a heavy coating of dust on everything inside also. Blinds were torn up. We grabbed the remote to turn on the tv and most of the buttons were gone and there were visible chew marks all over the remote. There were also 4 bars of used bars of soap and a loofa left by the previous guest. After the underwear was retrieved I contacted the host and all we were told was “sorry for your bad experience.” The host never offered to come back out to clean, no refunded cleaning fee, nothing. VRBO gave us some one key cash which we are thankful for, but that was it. I would advise looking elsewhere for a place to stay. This place was a complete dump. I have pictures of everything
Overall our stay was good. The check-in process was seamless and the outdoor space was comfortable and cute. The camper was spacious and contained all we needed for our stay, but could use a deep cleaning.
Property is even nicer than it looks. So quiet and relaxing. Very clean. Pet friendly is a MUST with us. So accommodating and welcoming. You can tell they really care!!!
We are there every October! See ya next year! (Or maybe sooner)
Perfect little retreat for the hubs and myself for The Weekend. RV small enough for 2 but big enough for 2. Sitting on the dock drinking an adult beverage in the evening watching the sun set and then returning with coffee to watch the sunrise. Salty breeze keeping the bugs away and the heat down. Exactly what we were hoping for. Time to read, relax and recharge. WILL BE BACK!!
I’ve stayed in Sargent many times, mostly for fishing trips to the bay and generally seek out simpler lodging for a good nights rest after fishing hard all day. This was a perfect place for that. An impeccably clean camper with good living space inside as well as a covered outdoor living space and a large enough parking area to accommodate our truck and boat. The owner was helpful and communicated very quickly to respond to my questions. Glad we could stay here.
