About this property

Gorgeous 2 BR/ 2 BA Beachfront Condo

This wonderful 2 BR/ 2 BA has wood-style laminate flooring throughout the unit. The kitchen has newer style cabinetry, granite countertops, beautiful subway tile back splash and stainless-steel appliances. A spacious floor plan allows for plenty of room for dining, relaxing in the living room, or taking in the awesome views in the sunroom. The windows slide open to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a pyramid style bunkbed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. You'll also have a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleep space. The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer for guest use and, of course, free Wi-Fi.

Located on 103rd street, the Atlantis is a great location to enjoy all that North Ocean City has to offer. There are movie theatres, miniature golf, go-carts, wave runners, stand up paddleboards, Mopeds and even water slides all just a short drive away. You will also be close to Northside Park for participating in sporting events taking in the Sunday fireworks! Parents will love easy access to 2 grocery stores, and some of the best restaurants/bars that Ocean City has to offer.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* There is $60 resort fee that is due at check-in. It is paid to security at check-in.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. An additional parking spot is available on a first come/ first served basis and is $10/ per day. It is paid in cash to security at check-in.
* This condo is on the 16th floor. Atlantis is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 104th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.

We had a wonderful stay for our family of five. We spend most of the day outside so this unit was perfect for our needs as it had a full kitchen for breakfast and dinner and plenty of space for hanging out in the evening. The communication prior to the stay provided us everything we needed and the check-in process was very easy. Great location and beautiful view of the ocean!

Nice accommodations except for noisy air conditioning unit and refrigerator. Enjoyed the beach view from the 16th floor but disappointed that balcony windows couldn’t be opened to enjoy the breeze. Beds were comfortable. Nice pool but a little chilly this early in the season.

There’s a lot of specific instructions for checking in. But there is Security in the building around the clock.No sheets or linens were set up on the beds when we arrived. For the price we paid, that stuff should have been setup prior to our arrival. When we first arrived, we noticed the floors were very sandy and hair on the bathroom floors, and showers.The HVAC unit is located in the children’s room and it sounds like a freight train all throughout the apartment. Not only was it loud, but it also didn’t do a good job keeping the apartment cool. The master bedroom has Venetian blinds to block the sun, however, there are missing blinds, allowing sunlight through in the early hours of the morning. The sofa seemed weathered and should probably be replacedThe unit was well maintained and nicely decorated and made it feel homey after a long day in the sun. The pool was amazing. The crew did a phenomenal job making sure the water was clean. The beach never disappoints. As part of getting a room in this location, you also have access to a bathroom on the lower level of the building so you don’t have to keep going back up to your room in the event you need to use the bathroom. I hope this helps make your decision.

Perfect beach front condo

Condo was exactly like described! Very clean. The building elevators and pool were cleaned daily ! It was larger then expected, plenty of room for 6 people . Very easy access to the beach and showers and hoses to clean off afterwards . Anything you need in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great view and modern designed condo

Condo has great view. Need an iron. Bedroom king size bed is very noisy. Bunk bed also noisy. No beach chairs or umbrella provided. Would come again.

We were cancelled the day before with no comparable property offered. The group going all work full time and had taken PTO to leave the next morning for our trip. I understand it was an incident with water, etc, however I would have expected a comparable property offer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a very nice condo that suited our family of 4. We cooked most our meals in the kitchen and found everything to be adequate. Our favorite part was the view from the enclosed sun room. Our only complaint was the ac unit in the 2nd bedroom was very loud but our children use a sound machine so it was ok. We loved the easy access to the beach and the shared pool at the condominium. Would definitely recommend! Property was clean and accurate to the listing.
