We had just completed routine maintenance on the water heater right before your arrival, and the breaker was accidentally left off. I am so incredibly grateful that you reached out to us right away so we could rush over and flip it back on for you! We pride ourselves on being highly responsive and local hosts, so if a guest ever needs anything at all, we are always just a quick message away and ready to jump into action. Thank you also for the great tip for future guests about the auto-locking door. It’s a wonderful security feature for the house, but memorizing that code on day one definitely makes coming and going a breeze!
