The house is located in the center of the quiet mountain village of Lapta-Baspinar with a panoramic view of the mountains and the sea. Lovingly modernized and equipped with antique Cypriot furniture, the house has a spacious open living, dining and kitchen area. The distance to the sea is 2 km. A network of easy to demanding hiking trails starts right on the doorstep. The more than 200 year old house can accommodate 6 people on 180 square meters of living space. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds. There are 2 daylight bathrooms with showers, one with an additional bathtub.
The tastefully furnished living room with a fireplace has a 3.80 high ceiling supported by natural stone arches. The fireplace with heating insert and two additional stoves allow the house to be used all year round.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
In the Mediterranean garden with its old trees there is a 100 sqm bungalow that offers space for another 4 people and can be booked on request.
A trip to the historic port of Girne with its sights is worthwhile. The small harbor town is a real shopping paradise.
Nicosia Ercan Airport (ECN) is an hour's drive away. Larnaca Airport (LCA) can be reached in 2 hours.
