Split AC units in the master bedroom and living room, two (2) ceiling fans (1 in the living room & 1 in the bedroom). A FREE secured 5G speed (400 Mb/s) Wi-Fi Internet. Free local cable TV and DVD player. There is no telephone inside the condo!

Master bedroom has comfortable King size mattress and a ceilng fan. Walk-in shower.
Remodeled full size kitchen with plenty of counter space. Dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator and propane gas stove/oven. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils for preparing meals at home. Great for cooking at home.

Other Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* Excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal wear, guest will incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival
* Within 60 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $200 and any rebooking costs)
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.
