Nestled high on a mountaintop in the Brook Forest of Evergreen, CO, this charming A-frame house is the perfect home away from home for your Evergreen getaway. Enjoy stunning mountain views by day and the sparkling lights of Denver by night from the spacious 16x20 deck.
The Space:
This cozy home features 3 inviting bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 with a full bed. The charming living room includes a comfortable sofa sleeper for additional guests. You’ll also find 2 sparkling bathrooms with showers and hair dryers for your convenience. Laced with modern furnishings, large picture windows, and an open layout, this home boasts a relaxing, quiet and bright atmosphere.
Indoor Amenities:
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blenders, and coffee maker. All cookware, utensils, dishware, coffee & tea assortment are provided.
Entertainment:
Three flat-screen TVs with access to streaming services. Board games, cards and puzzles.
WiFi:
Free high-speed Starlink WiFi to keep you connected.

We bought this home in 2014 as a vacation home, to be in the mountains when we'd travel to Colorado to visit family. It was in awful shape when we bought it & desperately in need of much love. So we gutted her to the studs & started the arduous process of reconstruction. When COVID hit, we packed up & headed here to work on the remodel, all the while, working remotely for our businesses back home. We discovered such peace and solitude here that we went home, sold our place, and permanently relocated to Evergreen. There's a whole lot of truth to the saying "The Mountains Called ... And So I Went." We are proud of how the remodel turned out, and how truly unique and warm this place feels. We're happy to open our doors & share our home, in the hopes that others will come here to embrace the quiet of nature & the beauty that our little corner of the mountaintop has to offer.

The fresh mountain air and the pure deep well water rejuvenate your senses. This is a place where all four seasons can truly be experienced & loved.

What makes this property unique
The home is situated on a corner lot with beautiful views from the expansive outdoor deck, where you can enjoy your coffee, afternoon tea, meals or a glass of wine (weather permitting), while soaking up the nature & sometimes wildlife around you. Walk out the kitchen door right onto the deck, which is perched above one of the only manicured grass lawns you'll find on the mountain! The deer, fox & moose frequently love to come play in our yard. Inside, you'll find a home that boasts lots of modern detail with the feel of old fashioned comfort. We've got the very best neighbors surrounding us in all directions. We hope you'll find your time here relaxing and memorable. We're just a call away if you need anything!
