This unit presents itself as listed on the VRBO site. Has all you need and quality kitchen ware. The management team was very helpful and accommodating. Very friendly. My second time I stayed in this unit and will stay again if afforded the opportunity.

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands three times now and we enjoyed this unit the most simply because of the location in the complex. The unit is amply supplied with towels, kitchen supplies everything you need. The grounds and the pool are impeccably maintained, and the staff are helpful and friendly. During our entire stay of one month we were without complaint. Should we return to Maui? we can only hope this unit is available again.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was the perfect home away from home for my daughter and I. The unit had more than everything we needed and it was nice to have a spacious kitchen and 2 bathrooms so we didn’t have to share. We liked how close it was to the pool and I enjoyed the view from the unit. We really appreciated getting a late check out on our last day.

Views were great! Best lanai views. We can see the ocean and tell if it was smooth for snorkeling or if the trades were kicking up. There is a direct view of the pool area and the upcountry beyond the resort. We watched the live music and hula girls at the pool from our lanai.Very clean and functional. The kitchen was as nice as the picture. Everything we needed to fix meals. Wonderful appliances.The pricing was excellent for such a beautiful property and proximity to beaches and restaurants. The grounds were manicured daily. Kamaole Beach 3 is just across the street and Keawakapu Beach (for long beach walks) is a 5 minute drive. Designated parking is close to the elevator and the condo unit.

We had such a lovely time in this condo! The views were amazing of both the sea and mountain. The living space was very comfortable and clean. Communication was fantastic. The location is great too because it is more central on the island it didn't take too long to drive anywhere. We will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Kameole Sands. The property is beautiful and the unit is well situated with a very nice view towards the ocean. Communicating with the owner was excellent. The only downside is the furniture in the condo is old and tired and as a result quite uncomfortable.

Outstanding property. We stayed for 10 nights. This is a fantastic condo. Everything was as promised and more. Beautiful view from the spacious lanai, immaculate grounds, excellent pool. The kitchen is beautifully renovated and living area spacious. Very quiet. 5 minute walk to the Kam beaches. We keep saying this will be our last trip to Maui but we just found another reason to come back. Thanks Anastasia and Orysi !

We had a great stay here. Across the road to the beach. Beautiful grounds. Walkable restaurants. Easy parking.Property was quiet and comfortable.One thing that would have made it even better would have been the provision of beach chairs.
